“I ordered a large amount of items, and when my package was delivered, I was missing 3 of the items listed on the inventory, as well as the free “mystery gift” I was supposed to receive for spending a certain dollar amount. The customer service has been terrible to work with, because all they say is that they were out of one of the items I ordered. Nothing has been said, or no attempts to correct the other missing items, have been made. I would not recommend ordering from them.”

“Package arrived 2 weeks later than expected a bottle was broken some others where damaged when i asked for a refound they only wmated to give me 15% from the original price and also didnt want me to refound the shipping that took 2-3 weeks instead of 3-4 days(i paid 40$ for this shipping) thats a disgrace please do not buy from this store!!!!”

“After placing the order, I received an email saying it was shipped. I waited and checked on the delivery date but nothing showed. A week after i placed the order, i received an email saying that i was getting a refund without an explanation of why. I could’ve made the purchase somewhere else instead of waiting all this time.”
