Due settimane fa ho contattato il servizio clienti per segnalare il problema e chiedere il ritiro del prodotto, con sostituzione o riparazione. Da allora, però, non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro concreto: continuano soltanto a dirmi di “aspettare”.
Trovo tutto questo inaccettabile! Abbiamo pagato una cifra importante e non c’è stato il minimo rispetto o attenzione verso il cliente. Mi aspetto una soluzione immediata.”
“I have had a terrible experience with Interdiscount. After purchasing AirPods Pro, I returned them FIVE times due to ongoing charging issues and poor call quality, only to be repeatedly told that there were no faults. Each visit wasted 15-30 minutes of my time filling out forms, with no real solution ever offered. It felt like they were simply stalling until the warranty expired.
To make matters worse, when I escalated my concerns, I was basically told that they didn’t care. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable company. I will never shop here again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them as well.”
