“I have been working with Dejan Lukic for several months to obtain international health insurance coverage for me and my wife for our intended stay in Spain. Obtaining this coverage has been difficult because of our pre-existing conditions. At all times, Dejan has been timely in responding to our questions, patient, resourceful and professional. “Using International Citizens Insurance was instrumental in choosing long-term health insurance that covered a US citizen both in the US and abroad. I had done all the research, knew the major carriers, and read lots and lots of reviews. This all left me completely stymied! I was also uncomfortable relying on sales agents from individual companies found on the internet. Brennan McDonnell at International Citizens Insurance changed the process for me by providing excellent information, decision-making tools and an understanding of the subtle differences between carriers and individual policies. He was patient and engaged, carefully listened to our needs and concerns, and worked on our timetable--not his. Most importantly, he emphasized that his role did not end when the policy was sold, assuring us that he will be available to assist if issues, questions or problems throughout the life of the policy. In sum, Brennan's deep knowledge of the available products, clear dedication to the subject area and his customers, and his ability and patience to communicate provided the best experience possible. Working with him provided an incredible relief that important decisions were made under the best circumstances. Thank you!”

“Dejan is the broker I worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical at first using International Citizens Insurance because of the stereotype associated with insurance brokers, but Dejan was extremely informative, patient, and helpful in walking me through all the details and breaking down the complexity of the insurance options and terms. Unlike some other companies that I chatted with, he did not come off as sales-y, rather came with recommendations that were aligned with my budget and needs. I have not needed to file a claim yet with my chosen insurance plan, but so far I'm really impressed with the level of service that Dejan has provided.”
