“I was extremely impressed with both the website and the quick response to my inquiries for more information. I was able to schedule a phone call appointment the same day. Choosing a medical policy can be complicated, especially to cover an international long term stay. Michael Bourne was very helpful in explaining our options and made it easy to make our final decision. “I had the best interaction with Carolina in setting up my global insurance silver plan for our travels abroad! She was very patient with me as I had a lot of back-and-forth phone calls that were necessary to coordinate the start of our plan. “Though I have requested for the cancelation of my policy due to family contingencies and my presence is highly needed at the moment here in the United States.
