“I am a retired American who owns an apartment in Italy. I felt daunted by the project to achieve an international health insurance plan, until I began to work with Will Smith, International Insurance Specialist at International Citizens Insurance. Will filtered through my options and explained the differences. The best choice became clear and happily, my insurance application was promptly accepted. Within a day I received the first communication from my international insurance account manager. I was also able to set up my login to the insurance website. Jordan advised us of the options and trade-offs between carriers. He was quick, reliable, and clear when we had technical questions. “I had a great experience working with Brennan. He was extremely knowledgeable and always responsive to my calls. I had multiple questions while trying to understand the details of my policy, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. “I have had many good experiences getting help from International Citizens Insurance. My first contact was Valentina Thomas who was very helpful with finding good, affordable short term health insurance in Germany. Recently Jordan Richey was able to help me sort out long term private health insurance in Germany. It was a very long and difficult sorting process for me. Jordan was able to ask the right questions and give the practical advice to help me finalize my choices. Then he was there to help with glitches with the payment process. I felt very supported and good about my fiinal product. Thank you.”
