“Brennan McDonnell took us through a very smooth process to acquire international health insurance. He was very hands on every step of the application process and available to answer all our questions and clarify all our doubts. He was patient and kind as we had many questions and a lot of other moving issues going on at the same time. We feel we purchased the right product to answer our needs.”

“International Citizens Insurance was critical in helping me choose a health insurance plan that fit my needs when moving abroad. Michael walked through each plan with me and was very responsive to follow-up questions and changes to my quote. When I had issues accessing Cigna's online resources, Michael and Lucero promptly coordinated with Cigna to get me the information I needed. ICI is a valuable resource so I don't have to navigate the application, policy details, and claims on my own.”

“I was extremely impressed with both the website and the quick response to my inquiries for more information. I was able to schedule a phone call appointment the same day. Choosing a medical policy can be complicated, especially to cover an international long term stay. Michael Bourne was very helpful in explaining our options and made it easy to make our final decision.
