“We had a fantastic experience working with Carolina at International Citizens Insurance. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us navigate a complex situation involving both international and domestic coverage—with a preexisting condition to consider. “Finding an insurance policy is always a challenge. Dejan of International Citizens Insurance was patient, helped me sort through the options, and supported my choice of the policy that best met my family's needs for a global policy. “We worked with both Brennan and Eamonn, they were both very informative and excellant comunicators. Although we have not needed the insurance yet, and hope we never will, the tell all will be if and when we need the insurance. Hopfully at that time, it goes as smooth as the signing up was.”

“Carolina has gone out of her way many times to help me. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend her to friends and use her again if i ever needed international insurance. I had to reach out to her for help and questions many times and she always got back to me immediately. I am grateful for all the help she gave me. “Will was very helpful, he was able to hear out my situation and recommend the best insurance option for me. He prepared me for what the outcome would look like based on my pre-existing condition so I wasn’t surprised by what the underwriters decided. I was able to get approved for health insurance abroad faster than I could in America”

“Brennan, has been amazing to work with he is so thorough, looking at all of the plans were so overwhelming and he took time to explain based on my daughter’s needs while she is traveling to work in Australia for a year and what happens if she comes back early, so we wanted to make sure she was covered with health insurance . We are very happy that he’s also given us a way to reach him when she is overseas if something comes up. Very “white glove” service.”

“We moved from the U.S. to Switzerland and were having trouble getting life insurance because we're Americans but we're seldom in the country. ICI helped us find a resonably priced policy, walked us through the process and kept on us when we were slow returning things. They were terrific. Five stars.”

“We were moving overseas and Will Smih provided excellent, professional services. He asked questions and made some recommendations. I wasn't a high pressure sales interview. And when it came to falling out the application, as well as responding to the insurance company's questions, he was there to help us understand and provide appropriate answers. And after approval, he stayed with us and alerted us when we needed to take action. I would highly recommend his services to anyone contemplating International insurance.”

“I've been working with a couple associates of International Citizens Insurance and they were all very good at what they do. It was easier to work with Carolina Olivera as she was in my time zone. I can't say enough good things about her service. She was always quick to respond with any questions I had, and their were many. She was very patient as it took me awhile to decide on an insurance. She didn't come across as an over zealous seller of insurance either. I like that. She went above and beyond to accomidate my daughter and her families insurance needs. I highly recommend her for customer service.”
