“Health insurance is hard enough to understand. Something new like international insurance is no easier. Brennan at ICI made everything much easier. He was responsive to questions (and I am not shy about asking lots of questions). He made the process much easier and was quick with response and support.”

“I was in a pinch to get worldwide insurance coverage and very happy I found a team of experts: Izmael and Dejan were both the ultimate professionals: very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable. “We loved the clarity of the website and the information it provided. “There was 1 small issue on the online application where the question asked "when will I be leaving Canada or the first day I will arrive in the US" And I believe that's the question that showed up as I will be out of Canada for more than 6 months. Everything else was great, information as to what is covered is laid out well on the chart. I was confused a little why I would need to pay upfront and money was withdrawn when I was accepted. When my policy isn't starting for almost another 30 days. I would suggest showing a breakdown of payments and dates.”

“We worked with Brennan McDonnell on purchasing a global insurance plan with Cigna. He was extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. The one and only advice I have is to know the difference between following up and excessively calling. I would receive multiple calls on a daily basis to see if we were purchasing a plan and it just got a little too much. I'm assuming his supervisors or Cigna has policies to follow up with potential customers to get their business, which I understand, but it's good to know the difference between being excessive and just following up. We still got the plan and, so far, I would recommend Cigna global insurance to others.”

“The communication was open and specific to our needs. We spoke with Brannon who gave us options and was not pushy. He reminded us a few days before we needed the policy and sent a quick on line application. It was reviewed and opened within 48 hours of the submission. Excellent experience.”
