Tour was great and the arrangements and pre-tour info was far above what most companies provide. Top notch.

We were expecting a large bus, but it turned out to be a 7 passenger van. The driver was friendly and gave information about the area. Really surpassed my expectations, would recommend!

Excellent tour to Bath with drop off at heathrow hotel. Full day out. Tour guide a young man with awesome knowledge of history. A pleasure to listen to. Lunch in the village of laycock was very pleasant a lovely area. Time in Bath could probably been a little longer with less time in Laycock but still enjoyed both. Only neg was that the pick up was a bit confusing as you had to keep asking around for tour information. There were quiet a few IF guides at the arrival area at the cruise terminal, all with hand held notes.

I would prefer that tea and coffee be offered to complete lunch at the George Hotel. Those who desired an alcoholic beverage with their meal could each pay for their own order from the bar.\nThe guide "***" was very pleasant and informative up until the lunch stop. We enjoyed his early narrative but on the final leg to Heathrow, we noticed that he was very quiet.\nOverall it was a pleasant way to fill in our last day in England.\n

Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and proficient. He was very clear about when and where to meet and took care to make sure we all understood. This was during the terrorist attacks in England, and we appreciated being able to see these sights as safely as possible.

Everything went as scheduled. The drivers were courteous and the small number of travellers made luggage handling a breeze. We would certainly use the service again.

We took an International Friends tour from the Cruise Port in Southampton to our Hotel at Heathrow. We stopped at Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle. Our guide was very clear on timing and very organized. They actually drop you off exactly at your hotel. We had 53 people on our bus and they did a good job getting everyone where they needed to be. We felt a little rushed at Stonehenge as we only had 90 min there and we spent 60 of those minutes waiting for the shuttles to take us out to and back from the Stones - and since there was no designate time/stop for lunch (the guide was very clear about this) this was one place we could get food and it just felt rushed. Given everyone was just going to hotels (not getting on flights) I felt this tour could be extended to have more time if the places stopped were very busy. Maybe it is because we left at 9am instead of 8am because of the confusion when when our ship arrived. For a big bus tour this was good experience.

Pre-planning had a few glitches. Followed instruction departing ship explicitly only to find tour had been waiting over 3/4 of an hour for us. Realize recent tensions in the U.K. have focused on travelers but some flexibility should have been exercised in better communication with travelers. The tour went fine. Guide was gracious and articulate. Both drivers displayed warm affection and hospitality, often being humorous to patrons.

Our guide was very good but more importantly she went above and beyond in resolving two items left on the bus. I believe her name was *** but we are not sure. \n\n*** ***.

Well run tour. Picked us up on time (actually early), helped us navigate the line at Stonehenge and got us to the ship in plenty of time to board.
