“Our tour guide, ***, was excellent! He was kind, friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and funny. Our only complaint was with the itinerary of the tour. We felt that we needed much more time at the Harry Potter Studio tour. We had 3.5 hours total. We spent about 2.5 hours in the first soundstage (and we didn't even get to participate in everything offered). We rushed through lunch in under 30 minutes and basically had to run through the outside sets (not getting to go into any of them) and the second soundstage. Harry Potter fans will want to see everything available and try everything offered. \n\nOxford was great, but many of the sites were closed by the time we got there. It seems you would need much more time in Oxford as well, to cover everything. We would recommend separating the tours into two days to get the most out of each of them.”

“When I booked the tour, I purposely chose a smaller size tour group to get a better understanding of the locations and more personal tour. To my delight, the tour group was about half of the size I originally thought it would be(From 16ppl to 7ppl). It was amazing! *** was incredible. The knowledge *** instilled in our group was beyond what we had expected.”

“We used Int. Friends twice. First, to transfer from London to our cruise ship. We received confirmation for pick up. The driver was prompt and polite. And upon disembarking from the cruise ship we did an all day tour of Salisbury, Stongehenge and Windsor Castle with airport drop off. Driver was right where letter stated and was informative about the itinerary with drop off at airport. Everything went as proposed.”

“Transport was comfortable. Time management of the tour was poor. From pick up to drop off we spent 8 1/2 hours on the bus and we were only allotted 45 minutes to tour Stonehenge.”

“The service was professional all the way. Because of London traffic, the driver was around 10 minutes late picking us up, but I got a call well ahead of time letting me know about the delay. The ride was smooth and safe and the driver willingly answered questions about our progress. Because of an accident on the M3, he had to take a detour along narrow side roads, and a ride that should have taken 2.5 hours ended up taking almost 4.5, but the driver never lost his cool even when one of the other passengers because a little abusive. He was a true professional. I strongly recommend International Friends.”

“The guide *** was easy to find when we disembarked at Southampton and the bus driver was excellent. We arrived at Bath and he took off very hard to keep up and I walk fast. There were others struggling. He apologised and when we got to Laycocl the same thing happened. He strode off. Ross the road round a corner and disappeared. It would be nice for the guide to make sure all his travellers get across the road. As we were a small group it was easy to lose sight of the others. There was a child with travel sickness from the long drive. A man with breathing issues and at London a lady with food poisoning from the lunch. It was a shame we were glad to get off the bus.”

“I could not easily find the tour guide when arrived in Southampton. Others had signs. It would be nice to know what to expect prior to arriving at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle (i.e. audio tour provided and recommended things to see).”

“A good value for the service; pickup from ship, stop at Salisbury Cathederal, Stone Henge and Windsor Castle; plus dropoff at Heathrow Hotel. Could probably spend less time at Cathederal and more at Stone Henge or Castle. The driver and guide (Will) were very good.”

“Our day trip from Southampton to Heathrow was great! Our guide was thee when we got off the ship and got us on our way. We visited Salisbury Cathedral, Winsor, and Stonehenge. I wish we had more time at each place, but that wasn't their fault. The bus was clean and comfortable.”

“Transfer from London City to Southampton, with tour of Stonehenge was great. Pick up was on time and our driver was great! Delivery to the port in Southampton was easy and on time. Will call on International Friends for future visits to the area!”
