“We were very happy with our driver, ***. He was professional, always pleasant, and certainly knowledgeable about routes. I didn't give the experience a five because it would have been very helpful if you all had told us that our original plans were simply too much for the day. We couldn't have known that, but presumably you could. We had planned Stonehenge, salisbury, and Windsor Castle, and clearly, in retrospect, it would have been impossible to do all three in a single day. But since no one warned us of this we ended up having to make a quick decision in the middle of the afternoon about how to proceed. Your help in advance would have been much appreciated.”

“Service was excellent. I got confused about the time to disembark from the ship. The e-ticket said the vehicle would leave at 8:00AM. The ship arrived at 6:30AM a and started to let off passengers right away. Fortunately, we got off right away. The driver arrived about 7:00AM. I was wondering what would have happened if we had waited until shortly before 8:00AM to get off the ship? Would he have waited for us? You need go be clear that the driver will be there as soon as the ship allows disembarking.”

“Great service. Were met by cruise terminal and brought directly to our hotel. Driver was there earlier than expected and was courteous and helpful. It was such a convenient way to make the transfer to central London without the hassle of carrying luggage to trains or buses away from the terminal or needing to get from a drop off point to a hotel.”

“Overall good. They took good safe care of us, were present when they said they would be. Nice individuals. I think there could have been much better description of the Harry Potter experience, and also what was and what was not included in the tour. We ended up only having about 2.5 hours for a 3.5 hour experience. And most of that was waiting in the initial queue. Despite this, I would definitely recommend them.”

“We really enjoyed our tour of Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor. Our guide was very knowledgeable and lots of fun. It was smart to arrive at Stonehenge early, before the crowds. We had a delay in getting into Bath, which limited our time at that site unfortunately. The Windsor Castle visit was lovely but a bit rushed.\n”

“This is a very reliable company who looked after us from the moment we made contact with them from Australia months before we cruised UK. We were looking for a disembarkation tour prior to our London Stay.\nWe had a great day tour to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle & Salisbury after our disembarkation at Southampton and then later dropped off at our London Hotel in Kensington. Special mention to both Ben & Sid who looked after us.\nOnly improvement we would suggest is to make the tour for Stonehenge & Windsor castle only. They are both large sites where you can spend much more time. Particularly Windsor Castle.”

“Communication was very smooth and fast from the start with customer support. All questions were answered as quickly as possible. This gave us reassurance that things will be handled properly.\n\nOur tour guide *** was also very helpful and really knew a lot about the tour spots. “The bus driver and tour guide were great. The guide was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient with people who kept asking the same question repeatedly. The driver was an artist with the bus. The only complaint I had was with the transfer from the main bus to the 2nd bus at Heathrow -- the process was very chaotic and stressful for everyone involved. We pulled up by a hotel next to another large bus, and we had to take ALL the luggage out for everyone to find their luggage which needed to be put on Bus #2. While we were getting the luggage, we were dodging incoming traffic because we parked IN A ROAD. The whole bus-switching process felt rushed, chaotic and stressful. It would have been easier if a better transfer location had been chosen -- like a parking lot.”

“This tour was very enjoyable and informative. I am sure it is always hard to give the right amount of time to explore the treasures that we saw but I feel the team we had did very well. The fact that they drop you off as close to your Hotel as they can is truely an appreciated important bonus!! Only improvements for me to suggest would be to have a clearer more organized meeting place as customers come out of the terminal. The second suggestion would be for communication to all customers to be the same. It turned out that some on our Bus were told the departure would be 08:30 sharp, some 0900 sharp, and according to the tour guide departure was 09:30!\nThis created a looong wait for most of us.”
