“Driver was prompt. He had passengers to drop at the airport and then he drove my husband and I to our Hotel in London.\nHe told us lots of useful information and drove us through some pretty neighborhoods. Appreciate his friendliness.”

“Easy service in scheduling the excursion. All was in order at port for the pick up, and dropped off at hotel entrance. However, at last stop, we were to be picked up by a smaller van for hotel drop off and they were late. Guide waited until they came, which left rest of the touring group waiting in the big bus. Otherwise, no issues with the trip.”

“Dealing with International Friends the company was a delight. The people who contacted me, including ***, were helpful and friendly, both through email and when we arrived at the port. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the driver we had. He was late picking us up, and after only 20 minutes on the highway, he stopped to buy himself coffee, breakfast and petrol, all things that probably should have been done beforehand. He was also not very smooth with his driving, and he was watching television and/or reading on his phone half the time he was driving. When we got to the hotel, I got my own luggage out (he did get my mom's), but then basically refused to leave until I gave him a tip. I was planning to tip; I know it is customary, but his lack of service and his demand of one was really off-putting.”

“Our driver, ***, did an excellent job. He was very entertaining and kept us on time. IHe is a pro at driving the bus and parking it in tight spaces. We did everything listed on the tour. The Fish & Chip lunch was delicious and because *** had called ahead and ordered for us, it was ready to serve when we walked in the door. The timing seemed appropriate and we were back in due time. I would have liked to explore each little village but that would have taken weeks! I truly got a feel for the Cotswolds and enjoyed the tour very much.”

“I found the tour very enjoyable. The guide was nice and friendly and gave lots of information. She spoke very clear English, and some Spanish also. In Stratford, I had time enough to walk to Nash House and Hall's Croft; In Stow to visit St Edward's. In Oxford I stopped for a selfie at the Sights Bridge and lost the group. I found them later, but had no spare time. In general, a rather complete tour. Could be improved including a photo stop at the Trinity church in Stratford, and another at Bourton on the water.”

“It would be more comforting if you sent a a confirmation maybe a couple of weeks out. Also a personal email confirmation would be nice as well when booking. With all the bogus things on the internet the consumer is not sure things are as stated. My experience was good but I was nervous that no one would show up at the hotel to pick me up.”

“The driver seems to have gotten lost during the trip to St. Pancras Station. It took nearly 3 hours to get from Dover to the station on June 28. The driver also did not speak the entire trip.”

“The driver should make it clear that he is going to only drive past a,site rather than stop. For example, I didn't take pictures of Ann Hathaways cottage because I thought that we were going to go inside. So the bus sped off before I could take a,picture. If we are not going to stop in and,visit a,site, then at least stop the bus for a minute or two so that we can take pictures from the "still" bus. \n\nOther than that, our driver was great and,I would definitely do the same trip again.”
