“Your company had offered considerable effective and need-fulfilling connecting tour services for those cruise tourists visiting London.\nThe tourist guides were quite proficient performing their in-time-of-need services. However, the character and logo of your company's display board should have been modified to become more eye-catching during meeting the guests.”

“What a great way to end a cruise holiday with Post-cruise trip with International Friends! We picked the Bath and Costwold one. They were on time and the tour was well-organized. There was so much traffic on the way back to central London that they arranged for smaller taxis to send us back to our hotels instead of driving the big coach through the city streets to speed up the process. Our tour guide, ***, was fantastic, gave great context to everything that came up.”

“My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour to the Cotswolds, High Clere castle and Cogs Farm. ***, our tour guide, was outstanding! He was funny, smart, entertaining, and graciously thoughtful. If we ever go back to London, we'd love to do another tour with your company and hopefully Have *** lead the charge! Thanks for a great time!”

“I was on the North Wales tour last weekend. I was really satisfied, thanks for all. Excellent guide, professional organization, great hotel on BB base!\nIs there any chance to add Caernarfon Castle visitation to this program?\nTo be honest I was looking for a longer Welsch tour (3-4 days with more attraction). But I am happy, because after the last weekend I applied to the next Southern Welsh tour. So, see you on Sunday!”

“This was my second tour with this company and I'm going on the next one in a week's time so I love travelling with them and I almost only have positive thoughts about them.\nBoth on the first tour to the Cotswolds with *** and on the dmsecond one to Wales with *** we saw amazing villages, landscape and towns and I loved both.\n However, I would like to mention that the description of the tours from the website is not always what we get in reality. For example it says 'Cotswolds tour with country pub lunch' but the pub we ate in was a fancy and very expensive one that not only made the costs go up but it wasn't traditional English pub food.\n Another example is that in the text about the Wales 2 day trip it says we explore the towns and cities with a guide and we do guided walks. In reality *** drove the bus and told us a few things but he wasn't a proper guide and he always stayed on the bus while we went around on our own. I feel like if I pay for a guide and I get someone like him who didn't point out where the film about King Arthur was made or who had no idea about the waterfalls is very disappointing and unfair,especially because he mentioned going with tourguides on other occasions.\nAll in all, I'm satisfied with the tours but they could improve the parts I mentioned above.”

“Excellent service! The on-line order process was easy. Boarding process at the pier was handled very well. The itinerary was incredible. *** is an exceptional tour guide. He even assisted us with our bags to the hotel front desk! We did not expect this service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.”

“The overall experience was great. One minor issue was that our guide was not easy to see in a crowd. If he would have had a bright hat, or some sort of tall identifier, it would have been easier to follow him through the crowded streets. \nLastly, being dropped off in Downtown London was not smooth. So of the hotel were on streets that were hard for the large bus to go down. And we had to go backwards down many streets. And one hotel, the driver could not find, and after about 15 mins of going in circles, he said that he should have turned on the ***. That probably should have been done first. \nBut overall, great experience.”

“*** and *** were amazing! Both were enthusiastic and had an amazing sense of humor, keeping everything fun on our European vacation. I especially liked the history Ben spoke on. Many guides only tell anecdotes, whereas Ben had a deeper knowledge. They both also worked their *** to get us to the airport in time.”

“Yes, I would recommend your service to others. But our experience at Stonehenge was TERRIBLE! We had 1 1/2 hours there. There was a line to get on the shuttle bus of more than twenty minutes. After we got to the stones, there was a line to return on the shuttle bus that was a half-hour (according to a staff person at the line.) So I had to take a picture of the stones from a distance and begin waiting in the return line immediately. We had no lunch and if I didn't eat anything at Stonehenge we were not getting to our next stop until 3:00PM. At the refreshment area there was another ten minute line to pay for a pre-made, wrapped sandwich. \n\nThe visits to Salisbury Cathedral and Windsor Castle were ok, but short. You couldn't see the Castle in the time we were there. I didn't have time to listen to the audio tour because of the shortness of the available time at the site.\n\nMy recommendation would be to either explain the shortness of the stops in the literature or cut out one of the stops.”

“Placing an order online was easy. The pickup prompt and the bus was new and clean. Tour guide was awesome and very informative. Highly recommend. Only improvement I can see is to have water on bus for guests. The lines in the shops were long on the stops we made and not enough time to grab some.”

“We were a bit worried as our Private Transfer from London TO Southampton with 2 hrs in Stonehenge with a different driver(not tour guide) barely had enough room to cram in all of our luggage and had no commentary - understandable as that's what we hired. In contrast, had David as a guide for Private Transfer and Tour from Southampton to London with quick stop in Salisbury and then Bath and Cotswolds. *** did an excellent job of advising as well as guiding and even fit in additional commentary on Avesbury stones that we happened to pass on the way into London. Dealt with unexpected bad traffic in Bath and revised the itinerary a couple of times on the fly to get the best day in. VW Van was new, spacious for 7 passengers and all of our luggage. *** is very knowledgeable and experienced guide - as good as it gets! Thanks for a great day!”

“Our tour was fantastic. The tour guide did a phenomenal job, very knowledgeable and friendly. Only improvement would be to start the tour at Stonehenge as the que there ate up the bulk of our time on site.”
