“Our drivers who picked us up at our hotel was on time and got us to the cruise ship on time . The driver who took us to the airport was great ! Very friendly and a good driver.”

“I booked International Friends for a transfer from London to Dover for a cruise. I added the option of stopping at Dover Castle prior to being dropped off at the port. I was given a pick up time of 7:30-7:45am. I received a call from IF at 7:40 saying they were running a bit late and would be another 10-15 minutes, I really appreciated this call. We were picked up at our hotel by the bus we would be traveling on then made a few other stops for pickups before heading to Dover. After 2 hours at Dover castle we were again on the bus and heading to the cruise terminal. The driver and hostess(Christina, I believe) were courteous and professional. The process was run efficiently and stress free. I would definitely recommend International Friends to others.”

“We went on a semi-private Downton Abbey tour, which included Highclere Castle, Bampton and Yew Tree Farm. The pick-up location was excellent for us, and the driver was very friendly, but our drop off was a different location than we were originally told it would be (when we boarded the bus to come home, they informed us that they changed the drop-off, which led us to believe that the drop-off was changed to accommodate the staff rather than the passengers). Our guide didn't join us until we arrived at Yew Tree Farm, so we felt that there was a lot of missed opportunity for questions and discussion from out-of-towners, along the way. The guide did drive back to London, and said she would cover things on the return trip, but it didn't happen. The lunch at Highclere was limited, and very crowded, causing lines to be long. I'm sure they know in advance how many people are coming, so it should have been handled better. In addition, the tables weren't cleared quickly, and there were a lot of bees flying around. We loved the small bus, but we are not sure the additional cost was worth it.”

“We used this service to get from the cruise ship pier in Southampton to our hotel at Heathrow Airport. Our driver was prompt, courteous and helped with our luggage. We would definitely recommend this company and use their service again.”

“We used international Friends as transport from the port of Dover, following cruise, to our hotel in London. We also added a tour of Warner Bros Harry Potter Studios. Driver and staff were early and gave easy to follow instructions. Bus was not overcrowded and left port earlier than scheduled, which we appreciated. Driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. Tour was excellent and we arrived at hotel earlier than expected!”

“Van tour of Stonehenge, Bath, & Windsor. Great day. Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Eleven people total in our group--so much better than a big bus tour. Our guide was great, lots of good info. We got to Stonehenge early and it was not crowded at all. We enjoyed the drives through the countryside. Bath was a lovely town. Windsor was great as well. Our time was a bit limited as we arrived shortly before closing due to traffic, however, we had time for a flying visit to the Chapel and the castle. I highly recommend International Friends.”

“What a wonderful way to complete our holiday We finished the cruise and then there was Dave waiting for us ,helping with luggage and guiding us through the countryside What an enjoyable day we had ,he is very informative, personable and a great guide. Thankyou for a great lunch and then the drop off at the Airport hotel, what a way to finish a holiday of a lifetime Thankyou”

“There was a representative waiting to meet the ship. The driver was friendly and professional. Thank you for an easy door-to-door transfer at a very reasonable price, especially for South Africans as our rand is extremely weak at the moment.”
