“We travelled from London to Southampton and returned and both our drivers were so helpful. Paul our first driver went out of his way to explain the sight of London and was great company on our trip. Sorry I have forgotten the return drivers name, but he was great and most helpful. I am in my mid seventies and trying to get around the tube although great, many stations only have lots of stairs and trying to get two 25kg cases up and down stairs is no fun. Although it cost more it is worth every penny. Do it and enjoy”

“We took a post-cruise bus tour to Salisbury-Stonehenge-Windsor. The bus was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The tour guide did an excellent job. We got started a little late due to passengers getting off the cruise ship late but we still got the allotted time at each stop. After the tour of Windsor we transferred to another bus with the same tour company to take us to our hotel at Heathrow. That transfer process was a little messy figuring out which bags went in which bus, but overall it was a very good tour. We would definitely use International Friends again.”

“This trip was very well organized. Our guide was very friendly and approachable. The reason for the 4 star rather than 5 star review, is that I thought the guest house was a quite far from the center. This could be a challenge for anyone who is not that mobile.”

“Our day was jam packed, efficiently run, and pleasantly administered by a very well qualified tour supervisor/briefer. We could not have hoped for a more complete and satisfactory use of the time and distance between our cruise ship's arrival and an early evening arrival at our London hotel. We saw Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle--all with a relatively light sense of urgency. Nevertheless, we had a fairly thorough view of each. My wife and I were quite pleased with our day and with International Friends.”

“The tour was what we expected. The guide was friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. The transportation was fine. One thought, the drop off location was different than the pick up. This was not an issue, but it would have been nice to know beforehand.”

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to write a review - I was however a little surprised to read your comment. I can see from your booking that you booked this tour through our site directly - our website page, which you would have made this booking from, states that we go to Blenheim Palace as part of this trip. The website states this no less than five times across two different tabs of the booking page, the below is copied and pasted from our website. Given that it is mentioned so very many times across the website, I am unsure why you would not expect to visit Blenheim Palace, especially when the very name of the tour is Cotswolds, Country Pub Lunch & Blenheim Palace. Despite your misunderstanding, I hope you enjoyed the tour with us and enjoyed your included entry to Blenheim Palace. I would politely suggest thoroughly reading and fully understanding the inclusions of a tour before making a booking, to avoid disappointment on your future travels. "Header of the page; Cotswolds, Country Pub Lunch & Blenheim Palace Tour summary; Discover the beautiful Cotswold Hills and magnificent Blenheim Palace. Enjoy a two course lunch in an historic pub. “Driver was on time, very friendly, and quite helpful with our luggage. Would highly recommend International Friends for transfer to/from Southampton for cruise passengers. We stayed over in London, and they drove us to our hotel without the hassle of transferring at a train or bus station. The vehicle was roomy and clean, even with two other couples.”

“I enjoyed my trip to Stonehenge Bath, and Windsor Castle. The driver was fun and kept me laughing while on the way to the stops. I especially enjoyed Stonehenge early in the day! At Windsor I really enjoyed St. George's Chapel. It was not as huge as St Paul's and Westminster Abbey and had such beautiful detail. The only thing I would change on this trip is the amount of time at Bath. Instead of 2 hours, It should be one hour. I realize this is the spot for lunch, but I think a take out sandwich could be bought at stores that the driver suggests, or pizza can be ordered after arriving in Bath to be picked up on the way to the bus. That would give us more time at Windsor, especially if there is traffic on the way.”

“Pick up on time at London hotel to Southampton cruise port. Driver and car very good. Paul the driver dropped us off at the wrong cruise terminal, luggage went on ship we went up to check in but on the Arcadia ship not Aurora. Luggage handlers picked up mistake and it was sorted out, but we had to pay for a taxi to our ship. Not the best start to our cruise. Julie and Ann Australia”
