“Storage space versus the number of passengers is an issue. We had 13 passengers and some luggage had to be put in the front row of seats. This worked fine but only with 13 as a maximum and only if there wasn't any more luggage. Suggest 12 as max number in your mini-van.”

“The Cotswolds trip was amazing. *** was full of knowledge and made the trip fun. However I was very disappointed that we didn't make it to *** on the water my whole reason to take that trip was I wanted to see *** on the water. I was upset that nothing was not mentioned about us skipping there because it was to busy. If it is such a busy place and you skip it on occasion then maybe you should not advertise it as a stop. I had researched the Cotswolds and that was the one place I wanted to see. I guess that's a way to get me to take another tour of the Cotswolds, but next time I'll make sure *** on the water is on the stops to be made or I'll not go. I chose your company because of the small coach maybe I should have taken a big coach.”

“I had no improvements to suggest since your firm provided exactly what was agreed to and in a timely fashion. In Travel a great deal of time timing matters to catch flights and also with tours etc. You were on time each time and your personnel were friendly and full of the information about places and events as the traveler would want and need. I was impressed with your firm and would tell all to use it for travel in the UK.”

“The only suggestion I would have to make things a little better is to have each person on the tour wear a little sticker on their clothes so that the tour director and the rest of the group can easily identify each other.”

“The actual trip was very good. The driver was courteous and helped with luggage loading. The drive into London was quick (as traffic allowed) and we got an interesting tour of the Mayfair area as the driver used a number of small streets to reach the first destination. We ended up second for drop-off and the driver helped us unload our collection of luggage. The only issue was actually getting to the pick-up point, with concern that we might be left behind based on the confirmation email that said the shuttle would have to leave at 9:30. Even though we picked the 8:20 departure time from the ship (earliest time to leave the ship with luggage pick-up), it was closer to 9:00 before they even started calling the various groups. It was reassuring to see the person holding the "International Friends" sign when we finally exited the terminal. We would have no qualms, though, about booking this service again to travel to or from London to Southampton.”

“*** did a wonderful job. Although *** was 5 hours late getting us off the ship he waited patiently and did a great tour of local color for the time we had on land. Tom was also patient with the booking as we had many uncertainties due to *** problems. thank you”

“Driver was prompt and friendly and very knowledgeable about getting around London and Southampton.\n\nAnd... special thanks to the driver and Louise who helped me recover my BlackBerry which I left in the shuttle van. They made a very panicky situation on my part very comforting,”

“Perfect transportation from hotel to cruise in Southhampton with stop in Stonehedge. The coach was at our hotel early (we were first stop). Along the way, we picked up other passengers at various stops. It was great to stop at Stonehenge along the way. The driver and guide were both very professional. The guide was able to tell us information about the areas we were passing. I would highly recommend International Friends.\n”

“We took three day trips out of London with International Friends this April and May. All were excellent--guides were professional and interesting, and the small group trips allowed us to go to places other tours cannot go. Booking online was easy, and pickups at our hotel were ontime. We enjoyed each of the trips. Highly recommend International Friends.”

“Enjoyed the tours but had issues with the guide. He walked well ahead of 90% of the group so it was very difficult to follow him. We have no disabilities but could not keep up with him. When asked a question upon getting off the bus at Stonehedge, he was rude in answering the question. We sat toward the back of the bus and had difficulty understanding him. We did not provide a gratuity because of his attitude. \n\nThe driver was very good and helpful.”
