“The driver was on site when we exited the terminal. He had our reservation on his iPad. We traveled with two other couples in a van with ample room for us and our luggage. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable about London, dropping us off directly in front of our B&B. How good can it get!”

“If your goal is to get from your cruise ship to your hotel, door-to-door (nearly), then this is a great service. If you intend to avail yourself of the tour aspect of the service then be prepared to RUN after your tour guide, no sluggards need apply.\n\nAt both Stonehenge and especially Windsor Castle, our guide sprinted between the bus and the attraction. He was out of sight even before the passengers had exited the bus. Sighting him was complicated by the fact that he would remove his International Friends jacket for a non descript blue shirt or swap on a backpack. His "sign" was a blue/black clipboard occasionally held high. If you did not follow, he muttered in particular British humor, "I know I'm missing someone, but I'm going anyway"\n\nHe was knowledgeable about the area, but the bus sound system made him difficult to understand. Otherwise the bus was cool and comfortable.\n\nTrue to the warning on the website, the bus departed only 10 minutes after the scheduled time, leaving 2 passengers at the cruise port.\n\nOverall, some pluses and minuses. Would still use them again after lacing up my trainers.”

“*** was our guide, and *** was our driver. Both were helpful and friendly. Our tour hit the highlights, as published. We enjoyed the experience in this smaller coach, as compared to a big bus. Well done!”

“Very charismatic and knowledgeable guide. A lot of freedom to explore at one's own pace. My only suggestion would be that I would expect the Chepstow castle entry ticket to be included in the price of the trip. Keep up the good work!”

“Their were a couple of negatives about this tour. 1) The tour guide occupied one of the coaches front seats. 2) The driver did not offer assistance in disembarking from the coach. I have been on eight, multi-day coach tours and several day tours and the guide has always used the fold down seat by the front door. In my opinion, paying guests should be able to occupy the front seats. Also, the drivers have always gotten off the coach to offer assistance to those who need it. \n\nOther than the above, the tour was very good and enjoyable. The guide quite knowledgeable and the driver very skilled.”

“Our tour guide was wonderful. My only issue was that our hotel was in Windsor rather than Heathrow or London and we were told by the driver "tough luck" and we were given our bags after the Windsor Castle tour and had to call a cab to our hotel. \nIt would have been nice to have been dropped at our hotel like everyone else was !!\nOther than that, it was good.”

“This was our first time traveling abroad and we wanted to make the most out of our trip from Southampton to London so we chose to do this bus tour to Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor. I was extremely pleased with the staff - they picked everyone up on time, loaded our luggage and we even left earlier than planned. I was impressed with our tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the area and each of the stops we were about to make. Each place we stopped at I felt we had enough time to go look at and your before moving on to the next one. Finally, I was very pleased with how this company drops you off at your hotel, or in our case at a train stop to get to our BnB. It was all worked out ahead of time so we didn't need to worry about how to get from point at to point B. Everything went very smoothly for us and I would indeed recommend this bus tour.”

“We were picked up at the cruise terminal and greeted by helpful friendly personnel, Our driver and guide were great. We had wonderful commentaries along the way. We had plenty of time to visit our stops without being rushed and totally enjoyed the tour. Would recommend to everyone.”
