“(1) Note that this feedback email went to my Junk mail box, so it is lucky that I spotted it\n(2) The tour (Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath) went well, but it is a very tight itinerary so we were fortunate to be travelling at a time when there were no queues or travel disruption\n(3) We were told by the driver guide to join the wrong queue at Windsor Castle. There was a long Groups queue which we were told to join, even though we were buying our own tickets individually. It was opening time, several groups had arrived already and they were staggering their entry. Fortunately another guide passed who said this was the group queue, so we managed to leave it and go to the entrance, where there was no queue at all for individuals. With such a tight schedule wasting 20 minutes would have had a big impact on our visit to Windsor\n(4) We were in a 7-seater vehicle, but sitting in the third row we could not hear the driver guide clearly, especially when travelling on motorways. As the only guiding is done while on the vehicle, the guide should use a microphone so that everyone can hear”

“Overall, very well organized tour. The booking, pick up, drop off weâ€™re all seamless. Our guide, Tony, was full of great facts and information, yet he didnâ€™t talk the whole time. It was perfect. The bus was very comfortable as well. We saw Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. I would have enjoyed staying at each location longer, but seeing three major sights in one day necessitated we keep on schedule. If Iâ€™m back 8n the London area again, I will definitely use IF again for tours outside the city.”

“I joined the weekend tour to Edinburgh on 8/12/17 - 10/12/2017. We only had a small group of 8 ppl. Overall the tour I can says it's fun bcos we had a good responsible, helpful n nice tour guide, Oz. We were splits into to guest house. I m staying with another 3 ppl in Caravel guest house. Disappointed with the service. It's a B&B service but for the 2 mornings we didn't had the breakfast. Dunno WATS happened. But luckily Oz gets for us a light b/f and we had to eat in the coach as we r leaving for Loch ness. 2nd morning One brought us to another guest house to have the B/f. Btw also aittle disappointed that travelled all the way to the highlands, but we can't go into the Loch Ness. \nAfter the trip asked for refund, only *** was refunded for the optional tour we paid (***).”

“all was alright except 1 thing. I paid *** to go to Lox-Ness which included a visit to a castle, which was closed upon our arrival. I would like you to refund me for that.”

“1. Well I thought I was purchasing a tour from the London Toolkit, Small Group Tours brand. So the International Friends part came as a surprise. Sure it's all very fluid but it didn't totally make sense who the sponsor was.\n2. I didn't realize how much ground had to be covered and so felt rushed (except for Stonehenge, I was ready to go sooner) by the schedule for Glastonbury and Winchester.\n3. The guide was nice but detached from the group. Minimal interaction, a little intro at each site and we were to explore for ourselves, which was OK but it was a long day to do that way. \n4. I would have liked a bit more of the history and the mysticism. \n5. But overall a great introduction to a couple places I would like to return without such a tight schedule.”

“Overall, a really great tour. Guide was extremely knowledgable & personable. My only real complaint was not having enough time in Glastenbury. I could easily have spent several hours exploring the Abbey, Tor, and town, but didn't have time to really see anything other than the Abbey.”

“The tour was good, but I would recommend spending more time at Harry Potter and less at Oxford. We had to race through HP and had more than enough time at Oxford.”

“We were picked up at Heathrow and taken to our hotel. Driver was very pleasant and efficient. He drove with caution and we felt very safe.”

“Guide very knowledgeable and interesting point of view. We enjoyed the trip. I would have preferred to spend less time in Glastonbury and more time in Winchester though. Might have been more efficient for leaders to have cell phone numbers for travelers since we had to often wait for late comers throughout the journey. Very nice trip.”
