“The tour was very well-organized, pick up right on time, nice small coach to travel in, very clean. The guide seemed knowledgeable and helpful. He was very clear about how much time we had at each stop and where to re-assemble. He talked about local history with interest and involvement in the subject. I wish we had more time at Stonehenge and Glastonbury. The last stop, Winchester, seemed just tacked on at the end. Also the tour is a little long...removing Winchester and spending more time at the first two stops would help.”

“I was satisied with the tour and the staff. Though, It would be better if you could include time in the most important university of Oxford, the University Church of St Mary the Virgin, since it was closed at the time of our free time to see the city.”

“Everything worked as advertised, ad I feel you went out of your way tog et us at our hotel. I certainly wasn't your fault it rained the whole time we were at Stonehenge! While on the bus, my traveling companion scraped her shin on the foot rest attached to the seat in front sufficient to cause bleeding. Your attendant was very solicitous, but the first aid kit on the bus was sorely lacking in antiseptics and the variety of bandages available. Frankly, it looked like it hadn't been opened in some time.”

“We used International Friends for 3 different rides on our recent trip to London. Our first experience (when driver picked us up at Heathrow to deliver us to London) was just ok... the line to get through customs was very long (2 hours and completely out of our control), but our driver was NOT friendly and seemed quite upset. Our other two rides (from London to Southampton with 2 hour stopover at Stonehenge, then again from Southampton to Heathrow were FANTASTIC!”

“***did a great job as the guide. Lots of excellent information at the three sites. Bus was comfortable. The taxi service for four to our hotel was appreciated but the driver appeared new and got lost several times. He also got stuck in slow construction traffic near Buckingham Palace.”

“The guide "***" well took care of us.\nIt is good to split customer into small group at Oxford. It would be great if the guide told how different of this 2 groups e.g one group will enter Christ church, another enter college. The coach had a problem while travelling back London. I felt not safety.”

“Closer coordination of passengers and baggage. One couple on our bus had six suitcases between them and held up the bus waiting for another bus to pickup their excess bags. We only had one bag each and the other party of three had five bags between the 3. But the last group of two had SIX bags. Ridiculous.”

“Long wait at the dock - although confirmation metionned 8am as meeting point, we waited half an hour for other passengers. Good driver. Knew where he was going and had GPS. However, very small car for 5 passengers”

“Great experience! The guide was very helpful and friendly indeed. Though the schedule was a bit tight and both my friends and I didn't think we got enough time to explore both sites (especially oxford because of the terrible traffic conjunction)”

“The tour was excellent with the driver Tony providing an in depth knowledge of the places visited\n\nThe only drawback was that proper information and assistance was not provided to passengers who were elderly and were unable to participate in strenuous physical activities like climbing up steep stairs and slopes.”

“We chose this tour as an option to get to London following a cruise. For only slightly more money than taking the train, we were able to tour Bath and Lacock - definitely worthwhile. The trip to Bath was great! We chose the additional tour of the Roman Baths which should not be missed. Due to this tour, we did not have time to walk around Bath or to do any shopping, so I would have preferred another hour or so in Bath. The next stop at the pub in Lacock was also fun. This small town was very welcoming, the food at the pub was good and it was hard to believe the pub had been around since the 1300's. We had time to walk around time, shop and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely recommend this tour!”

“The instructions we received stated the driver would come into the lobby of our hotel with a sign during a set time frame. We were there waiting and no one every came inside. We went outside and there was a man, no sign and he was upset since he had been waiting on us for 15 minutes. The instructions need to be clear. It was frustrating for the driver and us.\nThe trip and transportation was wonderful. The pick up just needed to work out as explained in our instructions.”

“I booked international friends on-line for transportation to Rome from the cruise terminal and a tour of the Vatican with transportation to our hotel afterwards. Communication with IF before our trip was good and I can't say enough about our wonderful and personable driver, the service he provided, the private tour of the Vatican with a lovely guide, etc. I am so glad I used International Friends instead of the cruise's service. The only glitch was the tour company gave our driver the wrong party's name for pick up at the cruise terminal. We asked another driver for help using his cell phone to call the agency. Turned out the gentleman knew the driver assigned to us and figured out what happened when we mentioned International Friends. Our driver was there all along but we had an anxious 40 minutes after our pick up time because of the local office's snafu. We did, though, book them for transportation to the airport the next day and again, were very happy with the services, staff and cost. I would not hesitate to use IF again.”
