“Was happy with drive from the cruise port and drop off to our hotel.”

“We booked two excursions. The first was with a small group to Stonehenge, Glastonbury and Winchester. We liked it but due to the long distance the time resting in Stonehenge or Glastonbury was rather short. I would recommend to cancel Winchester and give more time in Glastonbury. The second excursion was Harry Potter Studios and Oxford. 3.5 hours for HP is good but could be longer. Oxford was interesting but time was to short to make more than the one hour guide tour and a bit of shopping. I would suggest to extend the time in the studios and combine the excursion with an attraction in London itself (f.e. British Museum).”

“We were picked up promptly at our hotel at the appointed time in London and driven to the bus, which drove to Southampton with a stop in Stonehenge. The bus was comfortable and we were delivered on time to our ship in Southampton.”

“This was our first time traveling abroad and we wanted to make the most out of our trip from Southampton to London so we chose to do this bus tour to Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor. I was extremely pleased with the staff - they picked everyone up on time, loaded our luggage and we even left earlier than planned. I was impressed with our tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the area and each of the stops we were about to make. Each place we stopped at I felt we had enough time to go look at and your before moving on to the next one. Finally, I was very pleased with how this company drops you off at your hotel, or in our case at a train stop to get to our BnB. It was all worked out ahead of time so we didn't need to worry about how to get from point at to point B. Everything went very smoothly for us and I would indeed recommend this bus tour.”

“Our tour was fantastic. The tour guide did a phenomenal job, very knowledgeable and friendly. Only improvement would be to start the tour at Stonehenge as the que there ate up the bulk of our time on site.”

“Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and proficient. He was very clear about when and where to meet and took care to make sure we all understood. This was during the terrorist attacks in England, and we appreciated being able to see these sights as safely as possible.”

“The only issue I had was the amount of time we spent waiting on people to return to the bus after each stop. When you are told to be back at a certain time we shouldn't have to wait 30+ minutes for people who are running late, we should have left 5 minutes after the specified time.”

“I was pleased with this tour, which was a pickup from the Disney Magic in Dover, then to the Harry Potter Studios, and a drop-off in London. We were able to leave the port earlier than expected, and while we were at Harry Potter Studios for over 3 hours, were still dropped off at our London hotel well before the estimate.”

“Loved the small group. The pick-up was timely and *** was a great driver. Oz was our guide and his knowledge and love of history was matched only by his story-telling skills. So glad I opted for Int. Friends and the Stonehenge-Avebury tour.”

“What a great way to end a cruise holiday with Post-cruise trip with International Friends! We picked the Bath and Costwold one. They were on time and the tour was well-organized. There was so much traffic on the way back to central London that they arranged for smaller taxis to send us back to our hotels instead of driving the big coach through the city streets to speed up the process. Our tour guide, ***, was fantastic, gave great context to everything that came up.”

“*** were our guide and driver. Both were just wonderful. We were a small group but we had a great time. We would change nothing about our experience with the company. Both *** and *** went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. *** is a great guide who knows his stuff. We recommend the company with no hesitation.”

“The service was professional all the way. Because of London traffic, the driver was around 10 minutes late picking us up, but I got a call well ahead of time letting me know about the delay. The ride was smooth and safe and the driver willingly answered questions about our progress. Because of an accident on the M3, he had to take a detour along narrow side roads, and a ride that should have taken 2.5 hours ended up taking almost 4.5, but the driver never lost his cool even when one of the other passengers because a little abusive. He was a true professional. I strongly recommend International Friends.”

“I was very satisfied with the tour service and taxi service provided by International Friends. Our tour to Stonehenge was great and our driver was really excellent. He was on time, courteous and very funny. \nOur driver at the port of Southampton was very courteous and friendly, and got us to LHR in a very timely manner. \nBoth of our drivers should be commended for there excellent service and great work ethic. I was very pleased.”

“The event itself was great, although I do feel that for the amount of money it cost, the bottled water on the bus should have been provided complimentary. This was a very expensive day, most of it self guided. Well worth it but I do think charging for water was ridiculous.\nAlso, once the trip was confirmed, it would have been nice to receive a reminder email a week or so in advance of the trip, which I had booked way back in April. \nThe tour guide *** was very good at her job, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She totally vanished once we reached Highclere, which I found rather curious. I will definitely, and already have, recommended this bus trip to others. Good job.”

“Driver was prompt. He had passengers to drop at the airport and then he drove my husband and I to our Hotel in London.\nHe told us lots of useful information and drove us through some pretty neighborhoods. Appreciate his friendliness.”

“This transfer service made it so easy to arrive to our ship sailing on time, with a wonderful stop at Stonehenge. We were not on the list of hotel pick up places they provided us, but sent a van to gather us up anyway. They took us by van to the larger bus where we met with others in our group for the trip to our ship. Would highly recommend this transfer service to others. They truly were our "International Friends”
