“Our inner circle Stonehenge evening tour was the highlight of our England trip because Pat the tour guide, his tour partner and Paul the driver were incredible knowledgeable and supportive. They made certain our group was comfortable. well informed, happy and got back to our cars safely. Stonehenge was amazing. Make this tour a priority for your trip.”

“During our weekend visit to London we booked the small group tour to Highclere Castle which was the highlight of our visit. The whole day was extremely well organized with our very professional and lovely driver Daniel along with our wonderful guide Debbie who kept everyone entertained with some funny anecdotes and her wealth of knowledge about Highclere and the Downton Abbey Series. She was a wonderful host making us two only Irish ladies among the all American passengers very welcome. I might also add that I initially booked the wrong dates for the trip and had to call international friends to see if I could re schedule. They were extremely polite, helpful and rescheduled for me without incurring extra cost so thank you. The whole experience from booking to visit was great and will be definitely booking anothet trip on our next visit to London. Well done International Friends for excellent service. 🙄”

“This is an excellent service. Our driver was at the port when we disembarked our cruise ship. As all passengers arrived at the same time we departed early which was great. Highly recommended International Friends.”

“I was very pleased with my experience with International Friends. Although my hotel was not one on their list, they were still able to arrange pickup from my hotel. They were on time and the representatives were very friendly. The buses were well equipped and comfortable. I would use them again.”

“The tour guide was funny, efficient and informative and the bus driver was also a nice guy. The tours to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle were quite seamless and the guide was very clear with his instructions. At our drop-off point where we were due to catch a smaller vehicle which would take us to our hotel. They didn't turn up on time so we had to wait...which was no problem. One fellow passenger's bags were accidentally offloaded by the driver (along with some other passengers bags) and he was very upset. However the guide kept double checking everything and would have discovered this anyway. He just made a 'mountain out of a molehill'. We would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“Very good tour manager and knowledgeable local guide. Accommodation was clean and comfortable but it would be better if the traveling group were accommodated in the same B&B or close by. As the group scattered and heavy traffic, it was an anxious journey to catch our return train which would be avoided if the group could be accommodated closer to each other. The incorrect communication of returning train schedule meant we did not have our allocated seats and had to rushed around the train to look for vacant seats or stand for the 4-5 hour journey. The booking form to select a twin share room was deceptive as I booked for 2 passengers to share a twin room, I assumed that when I ticked the booking box for 1 twin share, it was for number of twin rooms required not number of persons.”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I was glad to hear you enjoyed the guiding that was included as part of your tour. We provide a range of different accommodations as part of this tour, from 2* traditional guest houses, to 5* hotels. As such, it is not possible to accommodate all of these options under one roof, although we understand that it would be more convenient for all involved if this was possible! I do apologise for any confusion but I have checked and can confirm that all of the upgrade prices on our website are clearly listed as a 'per person' upgrade. I have attached a screenshot of our booking page to highlight this. I also do apologise for the inconvenience you experienced during the train journey back to London. We have investigated this matter, and we can confirm that the team at Virgin East Coast had mistakenly booked us onto a different service and not informed us of this, which did mean the group had to board another train and as such, the seat reservations were void. We are very sorry for this and have instructed the train company to ensure that we get allocated the same service each weekend in the future.
