“The team of International Friends was very helpful already during booking, as I had some special wishes concerning the meeting point. Unfortunately the bus was late because of the traffic, but I got a call early enough and then everything was fine. Our guide Debbie in Oxford was funny, friendly and told a lot of interesting stories and the Studio tour was great as well. I can recommend this tour, we had a great day!”

Dear Mr & Mrs Liang, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The coach used on the day of your tour was built in 2017. We have raised this with our coach supplier as a matter of urgency, and can confirm that unfortunately 3 of the seat belts on the bus were faulty on that day, but I must stress that they did fasten safely. I am sorry for the inconvenience here, we have since discovered that this was due to a small issue with the buckle, which has now been rectified. On this tour in particular, we had sold 40 seats on a 59 seater coach, and we would have of course assisted you in moving seats if you had informed us you were concerned about the belts. This tour does involve a moderate amount of walking, which is done with the group. I have spoken with the guide on the day of your tour and can confirm that he did try to keep a good balance with regards to the walking speed, and regularly stopped the group to make sure everyone was together. I am very sorry to read your comments, but I do feel we delivered a great tour on this date. Kind regards, International Friends

“Our inner circle Stonehenge evening tour was the highlight of our England trip because Pat the tour guide, his tour partner and Paul the driver were incredible knowledgeable and supportive. They made certain our group was comfortable. well informed, happy and got back to our cars safely. Stonehenge was amazing. Make this tour a priority for your trip.”

“During our weekend visit to London we booked the small group tour to Highclere Castle which was the highlight of our visit. The whole day was extremely well organized with our very professional and lovely driver Daniel along with our wonderful guide Debbie who kept everyone entertained with some funny anecdotes and her wealth of knowledge about Highclere and the Downton Abbey Series. She was a wonderful host making us two only Irish ladies among the all American passengers very welcome. I might also add that I initially booked the wrong dates for the trip and had to call international friends to see if I could re schedule. They were extremely polite, helpful and rescheduled for me without incurring extra cost so thank you. The whole experience from booking to visit was great and will be definitely booking anothet trip on our next visit to London. Well done International Friends for excellent service. 🙄”

“I was very pleased with my experience with International Friends. Although my hotel was not one on their list, they were still able to arrange pickup from my hotel. They were on time and the representatives were very friendly. The buses were well equipped and comfortable. I would use them again.”

“The tour guide was funny, efficient and informative and the bus driver was also a nice guy. The tours to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle were quite seamless and the guide was very clear with his instructions. At our drop-off point where we were due to catch a smaller vehicle which would take us to our hotel. They didn't turn up on time so we had to wait...which was no problem. One fellow passenger's bags were accidentally offloaded by the driver (along with some other passengers bags) and he was very upset. However the guide kept double checking everything and would have discovered this anyway. He just made a 'mountain out of a molehill'. We would not hesitate to use this company again.”
