“The order arrived in 2 parcels unfortunately one was broken so I immediately emailed asking advice and within minutes a reply came through to confirm what is broken which I replied to and they immediately confirmed a replacement will be sent. I can't fault the service and hopefully the replacement will arrive soon”

“Polar Gear Berry Soup Mug is made of very thin plastic and I'm having second thoughts about it being a gift for someone. The other two items were fine and delivery was prompt and well packed.”

“I am very happy with my first order of yankee candles from here i do however feel that some improvements could be made in the packaging as the envelope while padded was to large for my small order so it has rattled around and some damage has occured to the wax tart on my order”

“The store was perfectly sound, everything youd expect and delivery was within two days of ordering. i wouldn't have a problem with ordering from this store again. However the item i bought, millennium falcon chopping board was a poor purchase, how Disney, or whoever, can pass it off as official merchandise is beyond me. thin plastic with an air bubble filled sticker on the back. poor, if i could have been bothered to return it i would have but by the time id paid for packaging and return post it wouldnt have been worth it so using it as a worktop protector, somewhere to rest hot baking trays”

“Excellent customer communication, very good packaging and delivery time, fair quality (I confess I find this "fake old" style a bit tacky, but that's my personal taste - which of course matters for me; as to product duration, ease of maintenance and resilience, I'll be able to evaluate them only with time).”

“Goods arrived on time in jiffy bag , but the actual display box which the goods were in was torn and damaged as this was bought for my grandson it wasn't a problem,but I think I would have been upset if bought as a gift for someone else. On saying that this hasn't put me off using Internet Gift Store again.”

“The delivery was really quick which was impressive, however I ordered two notepads and they arrived damaged on the front cover. They were dented and I assume they had been damaged in transit due to poor packaging. Dissapointing but I would still probably buy from you, just not anymore notepads.”
