“I LOVE STAR WARS AND WAS SEARCH FOR 3D MUGS AND AFTER SEARCHING GOOGLE I CAME ACROSS YOUR STORE AND FOUND THAT NOT ONLY WERE THEY CHEAP UT FREE DELIVERY AS WELL SO I WAS ABLE TO BUY THE THREE I WANTED FROM YOU IN ONE GO BECAUSE I DID OT HAVE TO FACTOR IN DELIVERY COSTS”

“Item received very quickly. Unfortunately, the packaging let it down. The item was packed securely in polystyrene and had good protection. However, the polystyrene was damaged and fell apart when removing from the box resulting in a terrible mess which was difficult to clear up. There was also bits of it clinging to the item. This was a gift and I had to repack it to make it more presentable.”

“Some difficulty was experienced on ordering, as the validity of an on-line voucher code was not recognized, but I reported this by e-mail and the issue was readily resolved. All other aspects of the transaction were straightforward, and delivery was quick, well packaged.”

“I got a "10% off FIRST order " offer AFTER I placed my order. I asked if I could have 10% off and they refunded my Paypal account immediately. When I placed the order, I realized I had the wrong delivery address (I had accidentally left my friend's address on my Paypal account).....I contacted Internet Gifts IMMEDIATELY and gave the correct address. They confirmed the correction, but the goods were still delivered to my friend's address. Internet Gift Store refunded me £10.00 for the inconvenience. Some problems, but excellent after sales service. Very quick to compensate for errors.”

“Took a while to come as it was a birthday present for Friday turned up Saturday still have to go pickup from post office . Also if u go on the eBay shop u get free post otherwise they charge on there online website”

“Good delivery period, item was great value and in good condition when it arrived. The only thing I could criticise is that my name was not on the parcel, there was merely the office address. Lucky it isn't a large office as there wasn't an advice slip inside either!”

“Fantasy Model pencil cases and pens arrived 10 December. Presumably held up in post. However, would like to say how pleasing it was to receive such a pleasant telephone assurance when having to chase outstanding delivery. “The parcel arrived quickly in a sturdy cardboard box as the packaging. The gift itself was nicely presented and undamaged. It is a present for a friend and when she opened it was very pleased with it.”
