“I waited almost two weeks after the dispatch email before contacting them about the lack of delivery. Within an hour, they had cancelled the order and refunded me saying the delivery was lost (remarkable bearing in mind they had not even investigated the missing order) only to be told they wouldn't be sending the order again because it was all out of stock. I'm grateful for the refund and even more so that I didn't actually pay for delivery, but the contact and customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not be ordering from here again.”

“I have just used this site for the first time , im not super confident buying things on line due to a few bad experiences, but i can honestly say i am delighted ith the internet gift store ! So easy to use and find the products i wanted, then i could use paypal to pay , it really couldnt be any easier! Im not able to go shopping in town anymore due to health reasons but i can honestly say from finding the site up until the delivery of my items was flawless, i will definitely be using this site again and recommending it to family and friends :)”

“I ordered a notebook for my teenage grandson but the item I received was a child's lunch box. I rang to complain and was told to keep the item I had been sent ( I refused to pay return postage as the error was not mine). I was told the item I had ordered would be sent out that same day. Later that day I received a call from this company telling me the item was out of stock and that they wouldn't be receiving any more. I should have been told this when I placed the original order. To date I am still waiting for a refund.”
