“Extremely helpful staff. Put on a bit of a modelling show in front of them as I was confused between 3 pairs of glasses - they were very accommodating of that! Also the order process is extremely straightforward. Iolla has a distrinct style of glasses so their selection is limited but that itself is quite good I feel - either you appreciate their style or not. Since my prescription was quite old I did have to do that after selecting the glasses and then upload it onto their website. That was all fine.”

“Visited Edinburgh Shop recently and staff were very friendly and helpful. Got clip ons for glasses I had got last year. It’s a p,easier to visit your shops.”

“Staff very helpful great range of specs 👓 I wear varifocals could not believe price so picked bought got within 2 weeks just had to go get legs adjusted 5 mins in shop very happy will be back for sun specs”

“This really is the best way to buy glasses. Super simple process that is also completely transparent (wee pun for you there) on pricing. Selection in store was really helpful and there's no surprises at any stage. Except the box the glasses come in, but that's a cool surprise, so acceptable.”

“Most pleasant experience. I like to shop quickly and prefer to browse online before hitting a store. Iolla was ideal. I was in and out the store in about 10 mins ordering my reading glasses. I returned two weeks later to order a pair of prescription sunglasses. Delivery was within 8 days and arrived in perfect condition and in a lovely box. Staff are so nice and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glasses.”

“I was picking glasses myself and struggling so much. The team in the finnieston branch were amazing. The girl that helped me was so honest about what frames/colours suited my face shape and complexion. It was nice knowing they were so trustworthy when telling me what looks good and what to avoid. Exactly what I needed when I went in alone! I absolutely love my two pairs of Iolla glasses. I can’t wait to pick my shades for summer”
