“As usual, the service and friendliness of the IOLLA staff was amazing. My glasses came very quickly and in perfect condition. The options of glasses are fabulous and the price is great. If I had one word of advice, the new navy blue, prism-shaped glasses cases seem a little impractical compared to the old IOLLA leather ones that would take up less room in your bag. However, I will be returning for my 5th pair of IOLLA glasses very soon!”

“Amazing as always - so nice that you can go into a store with a problem, then they call call Head Office and actually know the person they're speaking to...to give us confidence that it'll be sorted. Which, of course, it was!”

“My Best Specs in Years. I am beyond happy with my specs and the service from the Edinburgh St James store. I have a small face and am very short sighted and it is extremely difficult to find specs which are fashionable and comfortable. I have had custom made frames which cost £600 and didn’t fit. From IOLLA I chose Vanilla MacDonalds and they are the best specs I have had in years. They fitted perfectly straight out of the box and I can wear them all day in comfort. And I can see!!!! If you are wondering whether IOLLA can cope with a complex high prescription, don’t hesitate. Next time I’m in Edinburgh, I shall buy another pair. And some sunglasses.”

“I had my eyes tested at a large high street brand, however I did not like the choice of spectacles or the costs. Iolla was recommended to me so I thought I would check it out. What a fantastic find. They have every single shape, size and material that you can think of. The staff were so helpful and gave some great advice on what did and did not suit me. I recieved my new specs in the post within 10 days and they are great.”

“I ordered two sets of prescription(distance) sunglasses online having tried on the virtual try on feature on the website. I had to upload my prescription. I am delighted with my order and would definitely order again.”

“Didn't believe with my prescription I could have varifocals for £145 ... So glad I was wrong ...... Loved my glasses so much I've ordered a 2nd pair...customer service 10/10”

“Good range of frames for day wear and sunglasses. Such an easy process at Iolla to order new spectacles. I received a notification by email to let me know when the glasses had been dispatched. Delighted with my new sunglasses. Easy process to have any adjustments made to the eyewear if required.”
