“Bought 2 pairs of glasses 2 years ago. Then and now staff have been friendly and very helpful. Liked my glasses so much that I decided just to change lenses. This was a quick and easy thing to do. I also love the fact that it’s a Scottish company. Will be using Iolla for my glasses in the future. Thank you”

“Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, with great thanks to Laura especially in the online help area - phenomenal! I chose a frame too large for my face and Laura helped me choose a new frame and exchange the prescription glasses for different ones. I can’t recommend Iolla highly enough after this experience thank you”

“Helpful & cheerful . The only thing I could complain about is my daughter’s got me the voucher for £75. With lock down & restrictions and as I had to get a new eye test the time I got round to using it the glasses were up to £85 . I thought they might have honoured the price at the time the voucher was bought. I am pleased with my glasses & have purchased a voucher for my daughter since Regards Jim.”

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed about your gift card though. We did honour full price on gift cards bought close to the date of our price increase but unfortunately, this did not extend as far back as June 2021 when yours was purchased. However, we absolutely take your comment on board and I'll be sure to pass this along to our management team for consideration

“You all surpassed yourselves yet again!! Excellent service and made my day!! (Sadly for me, I was in such a hurry to replace my lost frames tat the ones I’ve chosen are not quite as perfect as before. This means that you may find me returning to buy a bette frame after my next eye test😬☺️”

“I own many pairs of distinctive designer varifocal glasses which I purchased at a high street optician. However a work colleague recommended IOLLA as I had seen him wear a few different pair of your glasses. I was impressed by the trendy frames, straight forward and competitive prices. The frame I chose, Kelly in olive, is gorgeous and when I wear my glasses I receive many compliments. The frames are so fashionable I’ve already picked out my next pair and my bank account hasn’t taken such a big hit as it normally does 🤓😎”
