“Very quick to take your money, got sent a code that didn't work, tried to call, went straight to voicemail, left 2 messages, no response and also sent 2 emails. Shocking service and would avoid like the plague VERY DISAPPOINTED and if I could give no stars, I would, so the 1 star is under duress”

“Bought the code in the weekend and didn’t realise they don’t send codes in the weekend (fair enough ) so decided to cancel. Unfortunately they don’t do cancellations for free. Even though I didn’t get codes nor a service was taken they charge you . Beware stay away. Search in eBay… much much cheaper than these crooks. Logged with PayPal for my money back”

“AVOID!!!!! I paid for a radio code, and never received the radio code, the phone number on the website doesn’t relate to the company, I opened a case on PayPal for a refund and sure enough they replied, 4 days later and I already paid again for a code from another provider, I received the code in 30 seconds from the other provider! These guys are an utter joke!”

“*ALERT* No code, no contact, THIEF!!! Eventually gave the serial number of the radio/sat nav to the manufacturer (ford) and they emailed me within the hour, for FREE”

“I requested an immobiliser code 5 days ago. Still not received after paying £19. Phone number is never answered, Live Chat is never available. Left a voicemail but it is never answered. Feel like my money and custom has been stolen! I despise “thieves”.”

“Paid and sent radio information for a new code to unlock, quick to take money and send a new code, new code never worked just kept saying CODE ERROR! contacted to resolve the issue and never had a reply very poor service would not use again!”

“I requested a radio code form this company via their website from my mobile phone and the code received did not work. The company are now refusing to issue me with a refund for the code claiming that my radio information submitted may not have been correct or the radio may have been tampered with. The radio details were 100% accurate and the radio had not been tampered with. I'm not trying to be cheeky the code really didn't work and i had to go to a main dealer to get the correct code for my radio to which i have the invoice for, why would i have that if the supplied code worked? DO NOT go near this company for your codes as if it doesn't work forget getting your money back, i am attempting to claim my money back via paypal. I will also be contacting trading standards to get their opinion on this. Very disappointing and all so they can hang on to my £9.00!”
