“Très déçu par le tour sur Giant Causeway & Belfast depuis Dublin. Alan a commencé par mettre la musique fort durant la première partie du trajet, à 6h30 lorsque les passagers souhaitaient dormir. Nous avons fait un arrêt de 1h30 à Giant Causeway, où1h suffisait largement et où aucun bar n’était ouvert et sommes reparti pour Belfast. À Belfast, nous n’avons eu le droit de rester que 1h30 sur place, soit un départ de Belfast à 15h30 pour rentrer à Dublin (environ 2h de route) alors que nous étions censé rentrer à 20h et donc, avoir du temps pour visiter Belfast, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Je ne recommande pas du tout.”

“When travel closed down, this company refused to honor their refund policy despite weeks of advanced notice. Three different airlines, AirBnB and a competing tour company all provided refunds in a timely manner. Now 6 months later they send me a “voucher” for a trip I will not be taking. Will never do business with these people, and you get bet everyone I meet on vacation will hear about them.”

“fraud!!! for my weekend in dublin I had booked a tour in northern ireland on their website, paying immediately with a credit card and the vouchers arrived by mail. the day before the tour they warned me that that tour was canceled and they offered me a change to see the Cliffs of Moher. the same evening they warn me that even that tour was canceled due to the covid. I then ask for a refund and they tell me that the offices are closed and that they will do it when they reopen ... first of all you do not give the possibility to book tours when you are closed and above all you have taken the money to book the tour immediately and instead to get them back due to your disservice I have to wait I don't know when. I'm sorry but this is not the way to work and behave. I want and demand my money truffa!!! per il mio weekend a dublino avevo prenotato sul loro sito un tour nel nord irlanda pagando subito con carta di credito e mi arrivarono via mail i voucher. il giorno prima del tour mi avvisano che quel tour era annullato e mi hanno proposto un cambio per vedere le scogliere di Moher. la stessa sera mi avvisano che anche quel tour l'hanno annullato a causa del covid. chiedo quindi il rimborso e mi rispondono che gli uffici sono chiusi e che lo faranno quando riapriranno... prima di tutto non dai la possibilita di prenotare tour quando siete chiusi e soprattutto i soldi per prenotare il tour li avete presi subito e io invece per riaverli a causa di un vostro disservizio devo aspettare non so quando. mi dispiace ma non è questo il modo di lavorare e di comportarsi. io voglio e pretendo i miei soldi!”

“THEY say they will give you a refund then say they dont have the funds. I need my refund as promised since i have no future plans to go to Ireland.”

“I could not make my tour and cancelled before the 24-hour no-refund window was up. I was told it would be cancelled but I never got a refund and when I emailed a follow-up message, I was only sent an automated message. Disappointed to say the least.”

“I scheduled a tour to do titanic and belfast weeks ago originally for the 24 was called on the 23 to be told that it was canceled because they didnt have enough people.wanting to go that day, got it rearranged for Feb 1st only to be told once I called to confirm that the tour once again was canceled this time because they disnt have an extra bus to run since the original bus broke down. I would not recommend using this company as they dont seen to be reliable. Offering another tour while nice dosent really work as some people already have made plans to see other things. I am expecting an full refund and will make sure I never book with this group again!”

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your message. We're sorry to see you had this issue with your booking. We very rarely have to cancel any of our tours. They do require a minimum of 6 guests for each tour to go ahead. In the event of a cancellation, we do offer a full refund or a reschedule to our guests. “Un desastre, son unos estafadores no contraten esta empresa! Sobrevendieron lugares para un tour que contratamos, quedamos 5 personas fuera, nos dijeron que nos iban a mandar otro chofer y nunca lo hicieron. Fuimos a hacer el reclamo correspondiente a la oficina y no nos devolvieron el dinero. La excusa fue que nos confundimos de lugar, horario, coche, conductor, etc. Lamentable la situacion nos sentimos muy desilusionadas.”

“Un DESASTRE!!! ESTAFADORES!! Estuvimos a horarios en el lugar indicado, salió una combi y el chófer dijo que venia otra a buscarnos. Nos quedamos esperando más de una hora, nadie llegó... Fuimos a hacer el reclamo a las oficinas ( que abren una hr y media dps del hr acordado), no nos lo tomaron, no nos devolvieron el dinero. Buscaron cualquier excusa tratandonos de no comprender nada. Son unos IMPRESENTABLES!!! CONTRATEN ORRA EMPRESA!!!!! ESTA NOOOOOOO”

“NOTHING SCARY ABOUT THIS TRIP EXCEPT THE PRICE AND THE BANTER. Shocking experience, not because of the horror factor there wasnt any of that , Just a (actor) shouting in everyones face. The cracking jokes about Ian Huntley and the death of the little girls and there choice of football . shirt. Upsetting causing the young man clad lan to leave the bus early. Spitting in a bottle asking for a customer to drink it. Everything was locked we visited ,except the rather posh hotel when we all had a rest stop. Where I quote" news your chance to have a drink or a couple of lines.The free drink was apple juice and the pub was rammed and they gave us just 15 mi s was given to get served a drink a glass. Complete waste of three hours of a weekend break with the girls very disappointing. I want a refund asap.very poor nothing scary about this trip just the price.”

“the worst day ever in my life. Boat trip with high seas and bad weather, 2 meter high waves that made us feel sick and vomit, but this is not all. They gave us half an hour to have lunch in pubs full of people and that's why we were late, so they call us and we tell them we're about to arrive in 1 minute on the bus, but as soon as we get to the parking lot, the bus is gone. An absurd thing, they left us at the doolin village without warning, we had to call a taxi, to be able to reach them on the cliff of moher and we also pay 15 euros each (we were 4 of us). as soon as we get to the cliffs, we meet the driver of the bus, who instead of asking how we are, rails against us and does not give us the opportunity to speak (his name is james). In addition, the bus delayed returning for dublin 1 hour, compared to what had been said.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and i am sorry to see your comments about the tour. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and wave height during the cruise at the Cliffs Of Moher. The drivers also have a very strict schedule, and they try very hard to stick to. Everyone is told what time to be back on the bus - at each stop. I am sorry that you missed your bus at this stage. However i am extremely surprised that you claim a 9km taxi from Doolin to the Cliffs Of Moher cost 4 people €15 each (€60). As i mentioned, our drivers do everything they can to keep the tours on schedule. At times there are delays due to weather, traffic etc. Kind regards, Customer Service

“My mum and I booked a tour to the Cliffs of Moher & Galway from Dublin. Obviously, the tour was OVERbooked and they didn't have enough space - so 20 of us got left behind. The guy told us he'd organise another bus for us, what he did. So the tour started one hour later and what we didn't know at that point was that now we were part of the Cliffs of Moher PREMIUM tour (which doesn't go to Galway). Basically, we did a trip we haven't booked. Communication was very poor, I guess they all tried their best but such an overbooking was ours must be avoided!!! Can't recommend, sorry.”

“If I had to use 1 word, Awful. Tour guide was not very informative or helpful whatsoever and on top of everything was rude! Have been on other tours with other companies in Ireland, this was by far the worst.”

“I have nothing to say about this tour company. A flat tire occured on our way to the Cliffes of Moher - driver seemed to be totally unprepared for this situation. Happily there was a driver from another company who invited us (me and other 3 persons from our bus) to continue the journey with them and literally saved my day.”
