Due to a world wide pandemic and continued Ireland lockdown I am unable to complete my vacation as planned. I have asked for a refund for that reason but was ONLY offered a travel voucher which I may or may not be able to use by the expiration date of December 2022. To not be able to get a refund when the circumstances are out of our control is unacceptable.

The tour started with 10 minutes delay, during the 2-hours journey to and from Belfast the bus had a 20-minutes stop at the service area (too much for this distance). The Titanic museum was not so exiting, personally I would have expected a more detailed reconstruction of the accident. The political tour was very interesting, but there were only 2 stops to see the murales. Despite arrival in Dublin was foreseen at 7 pm (according to the tour brouchure) or at 7:30 pm (according to the website description of the tour), the bus left Belfast at 4 pm. Therefore only 2 hours remained to have a tour of the city and to have lunch.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. As explained, this tour was on Christmas Eve. The drive back usually involves some traffic, however the roads were quiet that evening. The Titanic experience is the one of the most sought after places to go. The majority of guests have a wonderful time. We're sorry if you didn't satisfy you. Kind regards, Customer Service

We were in a traffic jam for two hours, until the driver decided to take a different route. Therefore we could not visit Galway. The driver spoke with a heavy irish accent, hardly to understand. I had no problems to understand scottish tour guides, who were engaged to speak slowely and understanable.

Quite frankly the Cliffs of Moher Tour was a big disappointment. The weather was atrocious and we felt that the tour should have either been changed or cancelled. After a 3-4 hour drive we were turned out of the coach and told to come back in an hour and a half and that the coach would be locked so not to come back earlier. There was so much wind and driving rain that the cliffs couldn't be seen and I nearly got blown over by the wind before I even got out from the shelter of the wall at the beginning of the walk. There was no shelter except the visitor centre. The rest of the tour was wet and miserable but at least we could see the attractions that we had paid to see. I feel that there should have been contingency made to cut short the time at the Cliffs of Moher and perhaps give more time elsewhere. I know the driver by law had to have break times but surely this weather is not uncommon in Ireland which is famous for it's rain? I would never book a tour like this again without checking the weather first.

I like the tour. I would prefer the driver tone down the running commentary. “Oh dear oh dear oh dear, what have we got ahead, terrible traffic jam, oh dear oh dear” The people on the tour cannot see ahead at all, we have no idea what traffic issues are ahead, and we paid for a tour so that we would not have to worry about traffic. It took away from the tour and gave caused unnecessary tension for a bunch of sitting ducks who can’t do anything about the traffic. The bus needs a lavatory, and 40 minutes at the pub was too short. Perhaps choose another pub. They need to take orders and pay tabs at the tables, not walk up to the bar. I absolutely felt overcharged by the system they had in place, I never got an itemized receipt, I don’t actually know what I paid for, and did not enjoy the food because of the chaos. Bus was clean, it just needs a bathroom.

While the concept is wonderful, our Premium Cliffs of Moher tour was completely unsatisfactory as it took 13 hours to see a site that is not more than 2-3 hours drive. A stop at a shepherd dog exhibition? The boat tour beneath the cliffs was interesting for viewing but crowded into standing positions, bumping into fellow passengers, and then a 4 hour trip back to Dublin. Bus driver/tour guide tried to add some information about the country but was more of a comic than informative. I would highly recommend taking a much shorter trip-this was really dreadful.

Trip to Cliffs of Moher was unenjoyable due to the driver whose commentary was boring and lacklustre, combined with his terrible taste in music in which he played the same ten songs over and over and over. It was maddening. Plus he didn't give good info on choices for lunch. He must get a kickback from the mediocre pub that he recommended. Disappointing! I would not recommend.

Tour itself has very nice itinerary but it lacks in execution. First of all the bus was late and it was malfunctioning during our tour. We were well behind the schedule and this lead to our driver rushing us around all the time. We couldn’t enjoy our rest breaks or other parts of the tour. We got no chance to see the fort as a result as we could miss the boat. The boat part was excellent. We didn’t get enough time to do the walk on the top. No chance to see the visitor centre exhibition for which we got tickets for. We had to choose: the cliffs or the exhibition. Our tour guide was trying hard and was professional and nice but couldn’t do anything as we started late due to bus delay. The worst thing was the bus. Horrible! Very outdated and very little legroom. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was very warm onboard. Side doors were not used as alarm keeps coming on. Very dissatisfied with the coach designated for such a long trip.
