“DO NOT BUY A RUG FROM THIS COMPANY! They try to pass themselves off as UK based but they are in US. The Havana rug I purchased is faded in colour, very thin and cheap looking. It is still wrinkled 4 weeks later. Very overpriced for its (obvious) cheap quality. The most expensive online bad purchase for me to date.”

“Also wish I had read the reviews, as I thought it was a UK company this is very misleading .my rugs are both faulty and certainly not worth the money .waiting on getting a reply from Irugs . On a positive note they did arrive on time but not the quality I expected as as other people said to send them back will cost more money”

“it took me ages to choose a rug, from all the UK sites, I thought this was UK based as well. It arrived yesterday, what a lot of rubbish, this company should be ashamed to offer this quality to any customer. It is thin ,it cracklets as you roll it out ,the colours are nowhere like the pictures. in short dont even think about it. In fact this site should not be allowed in the UK.”

“Nothing like the colour shown on advert. Poor quality on binding. All together scam company. No one will answer me on phone or email in respect of getting return details and refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ! !”

“The returns are absolutely a no go I have lost£41 pounds as I cannot return rug to Switzerland it would cost a fortune if they don’t have a depot in England to return product they should not operate here”

“I wanted to give ‘0’ stars but there was no option. Rug was hideous & cost £179. They offered me a refund of £30 (wtf???) and told me it would cost £22 to ship it back to them. So £8 refund for me. What a scam company- how can they get away with it???”

“I bought a rug. £179 in sale. Original price £300 very obvious flaw poor quality rug sent pictures but company say not damaged. To cost £22 to return refused to accept responsibility. Have taken up with trading standards but company is not British so can make their own rules when on phone I asked if the company wa in Uk. Told yes. Knew it wasnt they talked dollars and even suggested I put it into a thrift shop. Would not recommend this company at all”

“Well I love my rug-I ordered in knowledge I’d have to pay return postage as stated on website and on reviews so planned to sell on an auction site if I didn’t like it but I love it-not wool but still looks expensive-velvety look and easy to clean so for me with new puppy is ideal-opted for a vintage faded style as these don’t look so bad not been wool-mine looks ace!~shipping no probs and free from US to Uk-delivered in under a week-will definitely buy again from irugs-🙂”

“Rug didn’t look anything like the photos and when I complained they offered me a refund but when it came to actually refunding the amount they said they would they haven’t. I’ve tried to talk to them about it but they won’t answer any of my emails. Also if you are considering returning a rug you have to send it to Switzerland despite the website saying they have lots of bases around the world. Avoid this company!”

“paid £120 for a rug that when it arrived lookes nothing like the website. Cheap and ugly. Have to return tp either switzerland or usa and have to pay the cost. Wish i had seen reviews before purchasing. Absolute scam”

“Reporting these people to trading standards. They offer a paltry amount as a refund when you want to return an item. This is abuse and fraudulent in intent. Do no purchase anything from this company.”

“I wish I had read all these reviews before I bought my rug for £219. Within months my vibrant coloured rug faded so badly, it now looks dull and lifeless and only fit for the bin. Company doesn’t want to know, they state ‘colourfast’ so they are in the wrong. Also I thought they were based in the UK, another lie. Don’t buy from this company, you’d be better off buying cheap from Homebase or B & Q”

“The rug arrived in good time but was very inferior for the price so I asked to return it, this is where it gets difficult you can only return to Switzerland or US at your own cost. I was quoted £79 by the company so I arranged postage myself at £34. If I had known this I never would have used this company, I have ordered many rugs from Wayfair at much better quality and prices and confident I could return if needed. Please be warned that this company is not a good one in my opinion.”

“Do not buy at any cost. Shocking quality. Claim their carpet retailed for £530. Really. I bought it for 230 and I feel cheated, I pity the poor sod that paid 530. Edges will not stay down and there are two permanent ridges. This is a cowboy operation that needs investigation. Avoid at all costs.”

“Gosh I wish I'd read all these comments… Gosh I wish I'd read all these comments before purchasing. Exactly what everyone else said -- hard to communicate with company, which are based in US but try to imply they are based in UK. My order took an extra 3 weeks to arrive! communication was poor. and get this, they routed my rug from US to UK VIA CHINA. why!? The rug itself is okay, nothing that special and maybe not worth the price I paid, but of course I will keep it because returns are so expensive and ridiculous.”

“Ditto Ditto Ditto. This company is/should be investigated under state law as its sending faulty/wrong stock. We ordered a £400 rug, sent completely the wrong one, said we could keep it and then would send a replacement. Customer services (Latoya) doesnt answer phone or emails. Have made a claim via Paypal but also talking to North Carolina state departments.”

“Dreadful experience with this company. Received faulty rug and they wouldn't pay for the return. They blocked my emails when I complained. I spent nearly £200 for a product not fit for purpose. Shocking!”
