“The istrap I purchased is made wrong the clip is on the wrong side and won’t work at all . Also the screen protector was bumped in the corner the first day I wore it and it’s completely smashed. Very disappointed. Would like my money back or replacements for both items.”

“I received notifications to say my order was received, packed and dispatched within 6 hours! It arrived next business day! Amazing! And the quality is fantastic. My only gripe is it arrived in an unprotective plastic sleeve and in padded plastic postage bag. If you are buying for a gift, be sure to buy a gift box elsewhere.”

“Wrote the incorrect address on my parcel and instead of literally adding two numbers to the beginning and delivering it, they decided to send it all the way back to Victoria from Queensland, and give me a store credit just to order the same thing again with this time, a correct address. Not happy at all.”
