“I measured my wrist several times but the braided solo loop strap was extremely loose. Even though I was on a boundary of two sizes and picked the smaller size. I was unable to get a refund so I needed to pay $10 to have a smaller size shipped. 4 days after the returned band was delivered to Istrap still no update on when the replacement will be shipped. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store because if the strap doesn’t fit or you aren’t satisfied, your only option is to pay return shipping + $10 to have a different band shipped.”

“Some of the slowest shipping I’ve experienced, for both of the orders I’ve placed (months apart). Really slow to reply to emails too. If it wasn’t for the great prices, this would be a one star review (sorry!).”

“Received the wrong size wrist band but I strap would not send me the correct size. I got a credit so waited until there was a comparable sale to buy the correct size. But credit had expired after a month. Argued my case got another month extension but when paying I could only use one promo code (ie credit) - not another promo code that an acquired for free shipping. Should have a no-cost replacement of size.”

“The straps were sent out the next day which was great. Then iStrap marks it as requiring a signature, so AusPost can not leave the two small watch bands worth $40 in the mailbox. I need to take time off to go to AusPost to pick up the little bands. Not an option to select to leave it in the mailbox if I am not home? Not a thought-through process iStrap :(”

“I bought the glass screen protector, but there’s no way to apply it perfectly at the screen, it gets full of air no matter what. I tried many times. Very disappointing! On the other hand, I loved my new band. Thank you!”

“Band quality is good, however, I’m disappointed with the after sale customer service. I ordered 6 bands recently with BUNDLE & SAVE 20% discount. I want to exchange 2 bands as they did not meet colour expectations. Customer service told me that I can get credit for the discounted price and will have to pay full price for the exchange items. I believe this is not a fair trade practice. I have bought 6 bands and therefore discount should be applicable on the exchange items. Moreover, I’m paying shipping both ways. I have email exchange chain with customer service team, where they repeatedly admit to have understood my concern but fail to address it.”

“I bought the rose gold metal band up match my new Apple Watch. The magnet isn’t strong enough. With normal wear it loosens. With vigorous movement such as at the gym it fell off. Not very good at all”

“Pros: quick delivery, wide range for sports straps Cons: after 2 wears of my Rose Gold Milanese Loop it is already visibly tarnished- for $50 I'd expect a lot better quality than that. Overall disappointing.”

“The delivery speed and communication was excellent. However the sticker that is supposed to help peel the film off the back of the protector did nothing but peel itself off. So I tried to peel the film off carefully with tweezers and it’s wasn't possible without damaging the sticky gel layer and looks terrible on the corner. Bit disappointed it didn’t peel off like it was supposed to.. it is completely useless to me now.”
