“I ordered 2 items, and after 30minutes or less,i found out that I ordered wrong size, so I emmediately wrote an email if they can change it,at first 2 minutes they replied so quick but I was disappoint when my items arrived,still the wrong size.Anyway,it was my fault ,but never order again defenitely.”

“The silver strap I purchased is great, but the screen protector is terrible. Has air bubbles underneath and impossible to get rid of due to the style of the protector (see photos).”

“I was not sent what I ordered so had to arrange to get a gift card, re-order the product I wanted then notify you once this Is done so a return satchel can be sent to me to send back the incorrectly sent item. Way too much trouble for a watch strap. Probably wouldn’t order from you again”

“Delivery was quick and efficient. One o two straps fitted as expected but the other didn't. iStrap seemed reluctant to really do anything about it. Managed to fit it eventually but not satisfactorily so decided to persevere with it rather than face further exchanges with iStrap.”

“The items are too expensive compared to other online stores. The order arrived after a fortnight when the promise was 1-2 days of express post shipping for orders over $70. I wasn’t even updated about the delay or that it wasn’t processed yet lucky I sent an email asking where are my items.”

“The delivery was fast but the colors are completely different that they show on their page, I ordered a “orange and green band” and I received almost a pink one, I don’t recommend this page”

“First, I ordered it 30th of Dec and it only arrived 11th January even though it’s on express delivery. Second the Color I guess isn’t right coz I ordered light gold and it looks darker to me. I didn’t return it coz it is so inconvenient to do that. So I’m a bit disappointed.”
