“One of the straps broke off on the first wear. When I asked for an exchange it was refused as they said their products are tested before sale and it couldn’t be a faulty strap.”

“Hi there You people are thieves I have ordered a strap a month ago from New Zealand and I haven’t received this till now NZ Post has lodged an enquiry and my item has not been located or found and I even emailed istrap two times but they haven’t got back to me yet. I asked them for my refund and there is no answer yet. Is this how you treat your customers These people had to make an enquiry with Australian Post but there is nothing I urge people not buy from them ever”

“Much of their website is deliberately misleading, in fact just a lie. Live chat available weekdays? NO only some very limited chatbot with no way to actually communicate directly with a person. 24hr emails? NO - have sent 2 emails in the past 2 days and no response, not even an auto responder. Fast shipping? NO- they use the worst provider in the country Star Track. Paid for over night express from Sydney to Brisbane, it’s been a week, my package has been to Gold Coast then Perth and then Brisbane and still no sign of it.”

“I placed the order with express shipping next day delivery, costed more in postage but still I haven’t received the item. I contacted their customer service and replied to me 5:1 ratio, have to send minimum 5 requests to get 1 reply which is not even relevant. Tracking says they posted yesterday hopefully will get it next week.”

“The Strap snapped in half within 3 months of first wearing. i contacted them to advise and they referred me to their “30 day guarantee “ which isn’t compliant with ACCC standards. Buy original from Apple , you pay bit more but all bands come with 2 years warranty”

“The straps are ok - what you would expect at this price. Customer service is appalling though. Be very careful to check sizes etc. before you hit order. I ordered 2 colours of the same band, but when you choose the second colour, it resets the size. I didn’t expect or notice this and ordered one band in wrong size. I tried straight away to contact Istrap, but this was impossible, and when they finally replied to multiple emails, they said “too late” and I would have to pay for return post. Will never buy from them again.”

“I have recently had a DISAPPOINTING experience with iSTRAP's customer service team. Unfortunately, the watch strap I received from them did not match the product description or image on their website, and they have refused to provide me with a refund. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, I have found their responses to be dismissive and unhelpful. I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right. If you are considering purchasing from iSTRAP, I highly recommend exercising EXTREME CAUTION. Based on my experience, it appears that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction and may not deliver on their product promises.”

“I am quite disappointed with my purchase because the Milanese straps were just too long and can’t really be adjusted. Returning requires a fee as well for postage therefore there isn’t much of a point. I wished it was adjustable for ladies with smaller wrists.”

“Very poor quality glass screen protectors for my Apple Watch. Chose to buy from iStrap because were not the cheapest so expected better quality. I bought a two pack - first one split around its black edge first day. Put second one on - also split the same day! Previous glass screen protector was another brand that lasted me at least a year!”

“Was super happy with how easy the case was to put on and it looked great. However, it’s been 3 days and my case has disappeared.. fallen off somewhere, and watch has only been worn at work, not for exercise or anything strenuous. Not the great protection I was hoping for!”
