I have nothing positive to say. Their customer service is awful and I would recommend shopping elsewhere. If you have an issue or fault with a product they refuse to assist and place the blame on the customer.

I didnt received my parcel it was send to my old address although i have changed the address and now the helpline is also not responding

Not so good. While the black bracelet looks like good quality, nice and weighty... the pins holding the bracelet to the watch connector have failed... so the bracelet comes apart and falls off the wrist. It happened while I was mounting the band, so haven’t lost my watch thankfully! Sent photos and videos which are “being reviewed”. Not so happy with 1st purchase on a $90 band. Obviously no quality control on bands before they are sent.

This company is a joke, if you install the band onto your watch and decide you don’t like it there is no way to get a store credit or exchange! Their Quality Assurance Team will find ‘scratches’ due to installation of the band. This return policy is a scam. They then make you pay to have the band you didn’t want sent back to you or you lose completely. Never buy from this company, warning!!!!!

Photo of band looked different than actual band ( stripes not able to notice in photos) When asked to have return shipping paid they just keep sending me the same automated message instead of answering my question directly. Very frustrating. It’s been 3 days and I still not sure to request refund exchange or store credit to avoid paying shipping again. Very bad communication, stop sending your automated messages instead read the emails properly you save time and frustration

The istrap I purchased is made wrong the clip is on the wrong side and won’t work at all . Also the screen protector was bumped in the corner the first day I wore it and it’s completely smashed. Very disappointed. Would like my money back or replacements for both items.

Wrote the incorrect address on my parcel and instead of literally adding two numbers to the beginning and delivering it, they decided to send it all the way back to Victoria from Queensland, and give me a store credit just to order the same thing again with this time, a correct address. Not happy at all.

Braided solo loop I ordered size large if that’s a large I’d hate to see a small so small totally no good as I can’t wear it so tight I wouldn’t recommend unless you have exceptionally small wrists

The product lasted 2 days, it cracked when lightly bumped and I removed it and it cracked into pieces. Worst purchase made in a long time, wont be purchasing again. $30 wasted.

I accidentally placed two orders of the exact same item within a few minutes of each other and emailed straight away to cancel one of them so I wasn't charged and sent two items. The email wasn't seen until the items had been sent out and iStrap refused to refund the second item, as their policy is to offer credits only. The fact that they aren't willing to make exceptions to this policy when it was so clearly a mistake is ridiculous, I won't be shopping with them again.
