“The touch screen didn’t work properly with it on”

“I ordered the wrong size strap although I still maintain that I clicked on the button for the correct size because it’s a brand new watch, but that aside the order is the order and I have to work with that. The item has arrived it doesn’t look like leather, feel like leather or smell like leather. It’s not supple like leather. I can’t get a straight answer to a direct question of “ is this band actually real leather, I’m told I can’t have a refund. Your 100% satisfaction guarantee is a sham. I’m not satisfied at all with my purchase and to make matters worse I can’t even get an address to send it back to you within the required 14 days so I can get a replacement. Your customer service is totally flawed and barely exists. I’ve paid more than $100 for a watch strap that is supposed to be leather and it looks and feels like plastic and I’m supposed to be satisfied with that???? I think the 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to istrap because you’re 100% satisfied that you’ve got my money and given me an inferior product I wish I’d looked at the google reviews on your company before buying because your track record is abysmal. Unfortunately for you I’ll be posting this review on as many forums as I can if I can’t get some satisfaction from you people”

“The screen protector I brought was terrible bubbled the whole watch as soon as I put it on and the bubble wouldn’t come out I then carefully tried to peel it back off to try and fix it and it cracked so it was completely useless and a massive waste of money”

“I purchased a leather iWatch strap in December 2020, it is May 2021 and the strap has totally come to pieces the magnets have fallen out. iStrap only have a 30 day warranty and feel that there is no issue with their product failing within 6 months. Please do not buy from this company their products are very poor quality. Very disappointed and embarrassed as the strap was a gift.”

“I dint get the product i asked for and the 100% satisfaction guarantee which requires me to send the products back which is going to cost me extra. The color difference in the product i received was completely different while i was ordering the product and the difference is clearly visible and even after showing the image the customer service dint agree. I am happy with quality but the colour i was looking for dint receive that”
