“I like the style of the watch strap, however it was already broken when I received it. One of the threads was out which made the strap look tacky. I cut it off and had to burn it to stop it fraying anymore. I’m not happy with my purchase from Istrap.”

“Wrong size. Doesn’t match the description and the size mentioned in it. Faded colour. Total waste of money. Strap is literally lying in my drawer. Others also sell exact same strap and the same brand an package in less than half you sell. Total rip off. Either exchange to correct size or refund it. Fraud of duplication.”

“There was an issue with the website and my order went through twice. Customer service were completely unhelpful. The o my solution was for me to pay to post back and then spend an additional $20 to receive my order back in credit. The most disappointing experience.”

“Bought the Milanese Loop Strap and was really excited for it. However when I got it, I was quite disappointed with the packaging. For the price paid, it only came in a plastic wrap. When I put it on my 44mm apple watch, the edges of the band did not flush with the watch. The comfort of the loop was not great either, the spaces between the metal bits on the band catches the tiny hairs on my arm and hurts.”

“I purchased 4 bands from iStrap. Unfortunately, none of them was as expected from the photos. The quality is as poor as Ali Baba’s. Then, I urge customers to read reviews before they decide to make an order. Finally, Apple products should be ordered from Apple stores.”

“Delivery of the band was good but I had to return it due to incorrect size. I returned it but they took more then a week and still no update. Upon following up I was been advised will get back to you shortly! Till date no contact!”
