There customers service department is non existent and the company IS NOT BASED in the UK. It took me months and months to get my money back and this was only after I tracked down the company the use in the UK called ADVANCE TECH (UK) based in Lancashire. Check out there company accounts with I hope HRMC does after the experience I have had with them. Avoid this company at all costs!”
