“Initial order was for a 8inch board, this was not available, waited a week and decided to change the order to a 6inch due to my impatient son who could not wait to to get his birthday present. Took delivery of the board and found the charger to be faulty during the first charge. Replacement was shipped out the same day. Although my son is extremely happy with the board, the whole order/process/waiting was painful. Sent many email asking for updates and got no response, only ever got a response when calling inn. Checked my most recent phone bill and found that I was charged £7 for one call !”
