I can’t believe this company is still operating. They are awful and you should not use. I can only assume that these reviews are fake or the bad ones have been removed. Do your research and google search ‘ iswegway refunds’.

My 10 year daughter saved up her birthday money to purchase a Swegway. This went wrong after one month, so sent back for repair & this was the last i heard from Iswegway & that was a year ago now. Have requested a warrant to get my money back & this will hopefully happen soon. Never deal with this company & if you want to purchase a swegway, look elsewhere or you could be out of pocket like i currently am!!!!

Purchased the Swegway for my 10 year old Daughters birthday, Worked OK for a few weeks then it threw her off it, and it would not work again. After many attempts to contact ISwegway, they did eventually respond and they told me to send photos to prove we had not damaged it. The photos showed the external body was fine, no damage by us, after this they would not respond, as they would have to cover cost of repair under the terms of the warranty. Iam now 6 months later, still no joy, I am in the process of speaking to trading standards and consumer helpline. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worse purchase I have ever made.

Awful. We purchased a blue & red 8" bluetooth swegway. After one day of use, it threw the rider off and one side of the board did not function at all. After trying to contact Iswegway's customer service, we eventually received a reply which asked us to follow a set of instructions (take photos of the broken product etc.). After following these instructions we weren't contacted anymore. We got back in touch with them eventually and they sent us the instructions (that we'd followed) again. After waiting hours on hold, we got through to a member of staff who told us to ship the broken product to them for repair. After waiting months, we received a phone call saying that they could not repair the product and that they'd send a replacement. When the replacement arrived, we were shocked to find that it was a plain 6" board, which, at the time, was £100 Cheaper! So in the end, they owe us £100 and, with the cost of shipping it to them, £150. WORSE PURCHASE EVER MADE. DO NOT BUY. The only product that met expectations was the carrier bag. For a reliable board, I would recommend purchasing a better product from www.ukswegways.com

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY SENT ME A BROKEN PRODUCT AND NEVER REFUNDED ME. I CALLED 40 TIMES AND NO JOY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS

my son saved all his money to buy a swegway. He had it 3 months when it stopped charging. Company said I would have to pay for repairs. They said out warranty wasn't valid as the board had a "earthy substance" underneath m. Stopped answering my emails.

2 boards, both went wrong. No reply to communication or threat of legal action. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..... I'M £700 Out of pocket and they won't even respond to legal letters or pleas.

When our board went wrong I tried to call iswegway, who didn't bother to answer the phone. I completed an online form, to which I had a reply 'somebody will get back to you' I am still waiting. I have written to them and still no response. So my advice would be to not buy from this company their after sales service does not exist. I now have a broken machine and no hope of getting it repaired within the warranty. Awful service and heartbreaking for my children who now have no machine to use.

The board will not turn off! After various emails they sent me a returns form to be told now that because there is a scratch on the board the warranty is invalid! This item is clearly faulty and needs returning! Steer well clear of these foreign conmen!

Segway received with something rattling around inside it, so i spoke to the company and they said they would be arranging a courier company to collect it the next day. Upon waiting in all day, no one come to collect and it was the same the next day. After many emails i eventually rang the customer services who put the phone down on me when they didnt like what i told them how i felt about their company!.....i have since asked for a refund, but im not expecting this to happen!.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....STEER CLEAR!

The payment from paypal went wrong and after that it was terrible communication, the amount of emails I sent to try to sort it I then went on a link you sent me to pay for the Segway which I completed and apparently it hadn't worked but I didn't realise this so you then continued to send me threatening emails I then managed to pay it on another link and everything seemed ok then but communication is terrible, the problem with payment wasn't mine it was between you and paypal so I don't think I was treated very fair. With your threatening behaviour.

I ordered a Segway over 2 weeks ago and paid express delivery and still haven't received it. I've left several messages and sent a few emails. Really poor service. I will be trying again tomorrow. Want to cancel my order

I only received part of my order which was a Christmas present, then I receive a mail for a free gift! It's only the item I've paid for and not received. Are you laughing at me?

I ordered my swegway 25th November , then received an email on the 5th d cmeber saying it had been cancelled . I reordered on the 5th December and was told would receive within 48 hours . I did not receive it and phoned , emailed and online chatted and was assured I would receive my swegway before Christmas. Which it never turned up. I did explain on numerous occasions that it was a Christmas present for my son who has autism and had pacifically asked us for this item and nothing else . I was told they would guarantee it to be with me by the 23rd December at the latest. Their words where we will do the impossible and get it to you before Christmas . Which I still have the messages as proof. It never arrived and I had a very upset son Christmas Day as he didn't get the one present he had asked for . Our Christmas was ruined due to the fact that my 11 year old son had a total melt down due to not receiving his present he had asked for . He doesn't understand thing like most children do and he really couldn't except that I hadn't delivered his gift.

Order placed in November, told delivery would be 1st 2nd or 3rd of December, goods didn't arrive, told goods would be delivered before 16th goods didn't arrive, then told I had used a fraudulent credit card , told company to cancel order. Then I was informed order was dispatched, don't think you know your left from your right. Order is cancelled and no goods have been received . Just credit my card as requested and don't contact me again

I purchased on 12th December the board didn't arrive until the 23rd December. I paid for 48hour delivery. Customer service was non existent, despite constant attempts. I was offered discounts that the web site wouldn't provide. Frustrating is the summary of my experience here.

Wrong swegway kart sent, arranged collection, and eventually a new one was sent a week before Christmas, only to find you had sent the wrong one again. All emails went unanswered so decided to call customer services, in the three calls I made was on hold for a total of 7 hours, the last 3 hour call I made I explained the situation to the representative and he just hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting service, still awaiting a refund.
