Being ripped of by this company is not a nice feeling staff have no customer service skills and are very rude board is 10 weeks old and snapped they expect us to pay £100 when it cost £325!!!!

The charger broke after 10 weeks and was not covered by the warranty apparently, Appaling customer service.

The hover board charger is useless and often doesn't charge. It's frightening to leave it on when it does charge because of all the bad press. I have been assured by yourselves that this is a safe charger though, but it's not a very good one. In assuring safety - which it obviously needs to be- the charger is terrible. Also within 8 days, after riding around confidently on it, my son broke his arm after falling when the swegway suddenly ran out charge. It's been the worse purchase we've ever made. Yet obviously out son still want a to use it as he bought it himself with all his birthday and Christmas money. Wish we'd never bought one.

I bought the best board available on your recommendations after 2 weeks the board went wrong so I required your much needed help you then tell me because of a few scratches that I would have to pay for the repairs unless it was the battery the only part under warranty five weeks and many calls later still no board which I bought for circa £500 pounds ! Misleading information from your company about the product and awful customer care after purchase if your company really cares about customer satisfaction then call me to discuss !

Ordered placed for a fast delivery, paid extra only for the Swegway to be three weeks late, was for a gift, which left me in a very embarrassing situation. After several e-mails, I was not contacted and not information was given about my delivery or the delay.

I received a phone call 3 days after payment was debited from account to say item not in stock. Tried to anmend order through chat and was advised they didn't have access to system. Then tried to ring only to be put through to answer phone despite website advertising 7 day trading. No reply to email either only that request would be forwarded to required department.

You had the Segway in June, got it back, 2 days ago. You constantly lied about the bored, hou never return calls, 8 requests for managers call- still nothing!!! I would never recommend you.

Very disappointed with the service I received when the swegway arrived with a knife in the box. Then when I was told someone would pick up the swegway as it isn't working no one arrived to pick it up. Very poor service

What went wrong? My whole experience...Got the board all was great very quick delivery, then after less than 14 days the board kept switching itself off whenever it was switched on. Contacted iswegway - website says 'You will be assigned a dedicated customer service agent who will be dealing with your repair process once we have the board back so they will be your point of contact. This will form part of the personal service we provide to you.' I never got a reply to an email I sent-I waited days for replays-Every time I contacted them & I had a different person! Under my consumer rights act 'if an item is not fit for purpose or has a fault' you have the right to return the item within 28days of purchase. I was refused this & in the end paid a fee to get it looked at only with an email from the manager saying if it was found faulty I would get this refunded back to me. Nearly 3 months and having to get legal Solictors advice I got my refund! That I was legally entitled to & legally shouldn't of had to pay in the 1st place. As my board was only 13 days old when the item kept turning its self off. In all I would tell people STAY AWAY from the company!!! Can't say that strongly enough!! In all I had 3 & half months of stress heartache and a very upset son!

Don't order from this company 2 faulty swegways I recived a month later I'm still waiting for this to be resolved crap customer care!!!!

iSwegway sent me a 2nd hand product when I paid for a brand new unit - FUMING! The paintwork on the unit was chipped and dusty. Both wheels also had loose screws which were rubbing and making a scrapping noise. The experience with customer services went from bad to worse where they just kept lying to me about sending out a replacement - still haven't resolved the issue!!! DON NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Delivered a faulty swegway, contacted them straight away, they asked for photos which were sent, then told me I needed to send 4 photos not 3 if a repair was to be processed. I advised that I had already packed away to be returned so wouldn't be sending anymore photos also I didn't want a repair I wanted an exchange as we hadn't even used it, disgusting sending out a visibly faulty model!! Still haven't received confirmation of an exchange 2 days later, requested a phone call by email as was holding for 25 minutes for customer services, nobody called all I've been told by email is the exchange is awaiting authorisation! This is the second swegway I purchased within a week, their customer service is awful!! I have a very disappointed daughter! I would advise purchasing from another company if this is how their customer service operates!

Ordered swegway on Tuesday night & paid extra for 24 hour delivery so was expecting delivery on Thursday instead got email saying can't deliver & looking proof of identity so if you are from Northern Ireland don't use this company as they see us as to high a risk for fraud

Board broke after 2 weeks, faulty charger socket. 2 months later board is in my office at work, not collected. £35 taken from credit card without me knowing for postage and repair deposit. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A SINGLE PENNY!! There good if the board doesnt break but if it does you have wasted £300.

Product arrived faulty. Customer services demanded photos and took 2 weeks to review them. they insisted I pay the postage to get it back to them which cost £25.00. Royal mail delivered it next door and their customer services refused to collect it, telling me I had to claim it all back via Royal Mail. Absolute arseholes. I accept that things can go wrong, I order online a lot, so I do have to return things on occasion, the difference in the way a company handles a faulty item, means a returning customer or one writing a review like this to let others know they are shits.

I ordered a swegway on 24th May and was contacted on 27th to say that there was a payment issue and that they needed varification which I had sent, along with authorization to charge myself £14 extra for the Saturday delivery. The item did not arrive for my daughters birthday, we were then away for 1 week and on return still no swegway! Called again on the 6th June to be told that it would be sent immediately by UPS and would arrive the following day, guess what, 2 days later still no swegway! Called again on the 8th to be apologized to and told that the item still had not been sent! And that heads would roll over this issue! My daughter has been let down by this company, so I demanded a full refund which I will use to shop elsewhere. If you want my advise, if the item does not arrive in the so promised 48hrs get your money back ASAP as I waited 2 weeks and still no Swegway!
