“Ordered swegway and cane great with delivery and everything was perfect until about two months later when the charger pin bent we rang iswegway and kept ringing and they kept putting it off and saying that they will send out a new one but a new one never came it took about six months until the new replacement came very stressful .... their aftersale is awful !!!”
“We ordered 2 Swegways 10 days before Christmas with an express Christmas delivery option however when the goods had not arrived we contacted them to be told they didn't have the colours we ordered in stock so had not sent. There was no indication at the time of purchase that this was the case. 2 very disappointed children on Christmas Day who had nothing to open as it was a very expensive present! Better communication and honesty about what you have in stock required.”
“I ordered the Hoverboard and Kart Combo, But when it arrived the Kart was not as advertised, the hover board was. Despite various phone calls and email this situation was not resolved and I was told by them not to believe the pictures on their website as they send what they want out to the customer.”
“I was not informed that the segway i had ordered was not being delivered. 6 days after i ordered i phoned and emailed. Then i was told that there were no longer in stock.i was told i would be sent an upgraded cersion with Bluetooth and a free bag. In the morning i got another phone call telling me that they were running tests on the segway i ordered and another be sent. I then tried to track my order . No joy.. So i did receive my goods 9 days after placing order xmas eve.. No upgrade.. No free bag.. I just wonder wheb someone was going to inform me that my item i irdered wasnt in stock if i had not got in touch. I was goung to buy a razor hovertrax but instead i opted to go with tour company as it was a ltd wdition pokemon. Sadly that is not what I received.”
“I ordered 2 swegways which were not delivered in the timescale confirmed when ordered. After over a week I called to find out where they were and waited for a response for over 2 hours on the phone. I was then told that the swegways I had ordered could not be delivered and different colours would have to be sent. They were delivered the next day. My kids are happy with them despite them being the wrong colours so it worked out ok, but through default. I would think again before ordering from you.”
“Board came promptly, however wireless headphones that were supposed to come with the board never arrived. I rang many times to be told they would be dispatched the next day every time. Still waiting !!”

“Board broke with in a week went back for repair a courier returned the board left it outside with no signature so my daughter is still without her birthday present.”
“Replacement of faulty board took 6 weeks (26 December - 8 February) and promised refund of £10.00 towards cost of its return (on 18 January) has still not been received after 8 months. I have made 17 phone calls, numerous emails and been in contact with 12 "representatives".”

“Swegway broke after 2 days had to pay £50 upfront for engineer to look for problem as only battery covered by warranty received back not working after 14 days as a plug/socket wasn't put in properly during repairs sent back again then waited over 3 weeks 14 phone calls later issues explained was told receive some compensation still waiting months later very poor customer service”
