“My son purchased a blue swegway hoverboard balance board on 6 May 2016 from iSwegway, on 18 May I sent the company an email stating that there was a screw missing from the bottom of the balance board (either it had come like this or it had fallen out) and could they send me a screw to put in. I have now sent 5 emails, tried twice on the phone but with no-one answering to try and get this resolved. I had one email back 2 weeks ago saying they would check if a screw was available and let me know but yet again no reply.
Whilst the Segway is great the customer service has been shocking and I am very disappointed.”

Spoke to someone yesterday and sent required info as requested and told board would be delivered today. Not received. Spoke to 3 people today who have not been able to tell me when it is due. This was a present that I needed to take away with me tomorrow evening but I don't know if or when it is due”
“I have been contacting you concerning a faulty ISwegway, and your after sales service has ben extremely poor. I can appreciate that you have been very busy, but all I have is an e mail to contact you, and a mobile number that goes straight to voicemail EVERY time I ring it. This is not good customer relations.
I cannot amend this review, but I can add that after Isegway contacted me concerning the fault, I had a replacement sent out within 24 hours. now THAT is first class service, and worthy of a brilliant review.”

“10 day deadline has passed and still no tracking info. Called today and was told that it was the delivery people that were behind schedule due to black friday. Today i took 2 deliveries from Amazon for me and three for neighbours, everyone is delivering except Isegwats couriers by the look of it. Really starting to regret my choice now which was only made because i wanted a 'genuine' product due to the media reporting 'copycat' products.
Will be contacting credit card company if i don't have a tracking number in next few days. For now i would avoid , if i ever get my sons Xmas prezzie ;-(”

Hi Jennette, I can assure you we do not package our items like this. We use 3 boxes - 1 inner (single wall) and 2 outer (double wall) layered with large bubble wrap in between to ensure a completely secure package to prevent any damage in transit.
