Swegway ordered in good faith, payment made, order and delivery confirmed. Item not delivered on due date. Delivery company advised never received item from Iswegway. Attempts to contact Iswegway via phone failed as call placed on hold for in excess of 30 minutes without being answered. No explanation nor warning of non delivery received. There must be significant concern about the legality of taking orders for goods, receiving payment in full and then failing to make item available for delivery. Is Iswegway merely playing a "numbers game?"

Segway arrived. We charged it. One red light and one green. Judders and vibrates. Calibration button does not work. Phoned and emailed re complaint. Told we would be charged £25 to look at it! It's a brand new board. No one from iswegway has taken responsibility to get it fixed just taken my sons £315 of birthday money. Terrible communication and still we are left with a faulty board !! Not a happy customer. Anyone reading - avoid buying from here !!!

I ordered the Swegway on the 14th of May and the money was took on the 16th and I still haven't had a word back keep getting told a manager will contact me within 24 hours I have had nothing starting to think I'm never going to the the Swegway but I will be calling trading standards in regards to this

Just spent £300 on a new swegway...and it arrived faulty The phone number on the invoice is no such number The number on the website no one answers After sending a couple of emails they asked us to send videos and pictures of the damage and the outside isn't even damaged it's the electrics that are faulty! Appalling service WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!

Bought a board for my son for Christmas. 3 months later the board kept stopping abruptly, rendering it dangerous. Returned to swegway as advised and they have now had the board supposedly in repair for 2 months. Keep phoning and emailing, spoke to the same girl twice who has told me to phone back as she has no details, have asked to speak to someone in charge or at least have a name for someone in charge but she could not supply me with anyone. Looks like i'm not going to get the board back. Feel furious, they are selling a child's product but are obviously not at all bothered about letting a child down. it is absolutely disgusting.

Unit arrived not working The phone no on the invoice doesn't exist It took 2 days of calling & 2 emails to be fobbed off with having to send photos & a video Appalling customer service this person didn't even apologise

If i could say less than 1 i would! I paid for 24 hour express delivery for my order, a birthday present for my daughter. Waited ten days and still nothing, so called their customer services and was told it would be with me the following day. The next day nothing, i called 4 days in row and was told each time it would be with me the next day! The day before my daughters birthday, i called and the Lady from their customer services , who had promised me several time it would be with me, admitted it would not be with me in time! I have been calling for the last two months to try get my money back, each time the manager is away on holiday and they cant see a reason as to why i haven't got my refund...each time the same answer, give it another week! Customer services is non existent and no communication between order/manager/warehouse/delivery...nobody seems to know anything. wow what a way to run a business! I will give them another week before i take it to watchdog...please look at the reviews for watch dog on ISWEGWAY.

Never had to deal with such an amateur company in my whole life, I ordered a board for my Daughters birthday. As soon as it was delivered I was dissapointed, The segway box was ripped and crushed. I pulled the segway out from the poor packaging and notice the casing had had a spray job with all runs and various chips and cracks, the wheels were rubbing on the inside of the arches. Just pants! I was so dissapointed with an upset chid! I took photos and videoed my self removing the segway from the box and sent a complaint straight to the company. 2 Months later i am still trying to get my Money back Customer services are useless, wouldn't pay them in bent washers. Keep telling me its under investigation and someone will call within 48Hrs. By the way you never get these calls! you ask to speak to someone in charge but apparantly there is no one in charge they just work willy nilly.! Stay well away!!

I can't stress enough to anyone reading this review NOT to buy from this site , I bought my son a board on the 10th of May for his 11th birthday for it to arrive with a faulty charger that did not work, I rang their customer service which is none existent and spoke to a Toni who told me he would send another charger out and I would receive it in 2 days , I'm still yet to receive this charger and my son has a board what he's not been able to use and cost me £300 it's absolutely disgraceful how they can get away with this , I refuse to contact them again as u immediately get put on hold for them to get more money out of u ,I've also asked for a manager to contact me and that also hasn't happened so I've now had know other option but to hand this matter over to trading standards and I'm going to make sure this goes on Facebook, Twitter and even contact watchdog about these people . Total theives !!

Ordered a Swegway for my sons birthday it has a fault and they have agreed it needs collecting but have avoided giving me my refund terrible customer service

I cancelled the order because I was continually lied to by your sales team who could never give me a straight answer. I have not yet bought a Segway so if you can convince me you are a reliable company to buy from I may try again. On a positive note my money was refunded reasonably quickly .

Used for 15 mins then just stopped, sent back with photos as requested, never had a response so after over a month of me calling everyday I have still never received any communication whatsoever or reply to emails. Asked for refund and have waited another two weeks and still nothing. Terrible please don't use them - I know of others in same situation and all say the customer service is terrible - they really don't care and just keep lying. I feel so sorry for the children involved - it breaks your heart having to tell them - don't do it to your children.

Board stopped working contacted this Mikey Mouse bunch of amateurs sent video and photos but seems they are not literate enough to be able to reply to emails. Steer clear if you value your cash because these leeches are criminals.

I got a faulty Swegway and returned it to the shop after 2 days.... over 45 days later and I still don't have it back with no one in the support desk can tell me if and when I will ever see it. I probably lost my money, that my kid saved for a long time, but I honestly hope that this experience will not be yours as well! Keep away from this brand!

DONT USE THEM EVER! If there was an option to have 0 stars I would. The hover board arrived as expected and looked great; it arrived two weeks before my sons birthday so I didn't use it until the day before when I charged it and the whole internal charging cables came away from the machine! That was bad enough as I still needed to give it to my son for his birthday. Trying to have to have the issue rectified was even worse. No one answers the phone number. I was told the issue was accidental damage and not covered! Eventually I was told after 2 weeks that I could send it back for review at a cost of £9.99!! I did this with a promise of a replacement within 5 days; a courier collected it and now 2 weeks later I can't even get a response via email. It's just a big con!!! DONT USE THEM EVER.

Iswegway delivered a faulty Swegway to me. We realised it was faulty after charging it up the second time. On sending it back, iswegway tried to charge me for repairing the Swegway as we had used it for about half an hour before seeing it was faulty. They refuse to refund me or replace it, but will only repair it which they are still doing. They have had my money for over a month now and I still have no Swegway. I would never recommend iswegway to anyone. I am contacting trading standards.

My son saved for months to purchase an iswegway and after the second time using it he noticed a rattling noise (as if a bolt has worked loose inside) he also noticed that it would rotated 360degrees!! He asked his friend that owns one as well if his rotated the same which his answer was no. I then made a call to iswegway to explain the problem and they asked me to email over some photos and a short video showing/explaining the problem he was experiencing. With various chase up calls and emails starting from 5/5/16 I today received this email. Hi, In regards to your Hoverboard we can repair it however there is an initial £25 fee for the inspection. Once the technician has assessed the board we can then give a quote for repair. Our 12 month warranty covers only covers the battery pack which is clearly stated on our website under the FAQs. The £25 fee is a deposit so that we may determine what the internal faults are with the board. If there is an isse with the battery pack we will repair your board and return it to you and refund you the £25 however if this is not the case the £25 fee will be deducted from the repair quote. Please note that all returns take up to 28 days. Please note: as per our policy which is stipulated on our website all returns must be undamaged in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase/delivery. If products are returned to us with any damage (scratches, dents, cracks or blemishes) or without their original packaging, your return will not be authorised. We can also arrange collection of your board however there is a £9.99 charge for this. Please provide us with the most suitable time to collect it. Alternatively you can arrange for the board to be delivered to us via a courier service of your choosing.
