Shocking service. Do not buy from this retailer. I bought and paid £400 for a segway on the 5th December using PayPal. A few days later I had an email from isegway saying there was a glitch with some customers PayPal payment including mine and stated paying using another method which I did do. The segway still hadn't arrived a week later so I emailed them and received a reply stating all orders would be fulfilled by the 30th. On the 21st I rang the number on their web site and was unable to get through after numerous attempts. I also emailed them again. Anyhow after more phone attempts that day, I finally got through. I was told that someone should have contacted me to inform me that the segway that I had ordered had suffered cosmetic damage. This sounded like a load of bull. I was offered the same segway but in a different colour which I did not want as my 11 year old wanted green as that's his colour. I was fuming that no one contacted me and it was now the 21st December. I declined to buy a different segway from them and received my refund. I receiver a green coloured segway 2 days later from another supplier.

Took two weeks to arrive. Waited for two hours + to speak with someone who promised delivery on a certain day which came and went without delivery. Never managed to speak with someone again. Sent emails and left messages no response. Customer service needs to be improved please.

Poor customer service! They accidentally refunded me and rang a number of times chasing repayment before the refund had been transferred to my bank account.

Ordered in plenty time for daughters birthday, now gave her it and it's faulty! Every time she comes off it the sensor doesn't switch off so it vibrates and bounces all over the place resulting in it ending up marked! Received very poor customer service so far, taking matters further as not acceptable for the price paid and I'm not accepting a repair.

ordered my son a 8" swegway on the 7th november, money taken on the 8th not arrived by the 10th so rang them to be told that it was out of stock so will not be sent no phone call to tell me this not very helpful when you ring so please AVOID. have to wait for 10 days for refund now. one upset son on his birthday.

Ordered board for sons birthday (oct 8th), board delivered in a timely manner, however the board didn't work, arranged with the company to collect which they did, chased the company for a new board, was told "we are testing the board" chased company again and was told another board with be sent out and will be delivered on the 28th oct, no board arrived, chased company again and was told another board will be sent and we will recieve it on the 3rd November again no board arrived, chased again, was promised the board will be sent out by next business day, finally received the board, the charger is wrong it doesn't fit the socket and no bag so I will be phoning company again to complain, shocking service.

I had to return a faulty board but now cannot seem to get a refund. Every time I ring up I'm told someone from accounts will ring me back however no one ever does! I've emailed and phoned numerous times but still can't get my money back. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one this has happened to. Avoid this company at all costs I feel I've been ripped off completely.

My son received a faulty board which wasn't fixed after it was allegedly repaired. After many phone calls, it was finally collected as we want our money back. I am still waiting for a refund after yet more phone calls and 3 months of being fobbed off.

Paid on the 25th of September. ..board delivered in good time but didn't work from the start...sent back with courier as requested and we're told that they would repair it not send a new one ...decided to have money back as my daughter had paid for this out of her birthday money and didn't want to take a chance on another one.... For some reason the accounts department need to contact me to issue a refund... this is now the 8th of November and I still have no contact from them to phone customer services nearly every day to be fobbed off with pathetic apologies.. oh and normally someone from accounts will call you back within the hour...... Hard to believe this has been going on for close to two months and I am still close to three hundred pounds down.. ( probably over that with the a punt of time I have spent on the phone) Can't understand personally how they have such good feedback.. Stay well clear ............

-5 not a 1 star but had to put a star on to write this report this company is rubbish. Don't buy. Avoid. My sons brand new board brought for his birthday was broke from the start battery did not charge..had to take photos for them to arange for them to picked it up. They said we can't have new one as they don't send out new ones they repair..... September they got it I'm still waiting it's November now... no one contacts back iva..... do not buy from This company. Bad business people . Regards Mrs block

Item not as per picture clicked on to purchase. Customer service claimed disclaimer on the website-packaging not correct for model. Rude, arrogant customer service did not return call as promised. Suspect company

I ordered three of these for my kids the same model, Three different ones arrived. There customers service department is non existent and the company IS NOT BASED in the UK. It took me months and months to get my money back and this was only after I tracked down the company the use in the UK called ADVANCE TECH (UK) based in Lancashire. Check out there company accounts with I hope HRMC does after the experience I have had with them. Avoid this company at all costs!

Pathetic!! Sent faulty swegway been waiting 6 months for a new one! Another I ordered was damaged with scratched wheels! Frauds and cheapskates! You've upset a 10 and 13 year old £600 down the drain you are retards

Was sent fuilty unit was told they will not replace it only repair sent me another 2nd hand unit to replace the brand new 1 I paid for witch was broken witch I returned only for my original fuilty unit to b sent back to me with more problems than when it left now they are refusing to collect the fuilty unit again refusing to call us back . Problem was reported on day the box was opened its now 45 days later and problem still not resolved this is a scam company do not use them or u will b disappointed the repair team is not qualified to fix there boards as all screws are missing lights no longer work on the unit, only sent it back first time for a dodge wheel if we get no refund we will take them to court and will also b contact in bbc rouge traders and provide them with all our evidence of calls emails etc

The swegway was faulty, it had never been used, still I had to send 4 photos for it to be assessed, a refund was agreed, the board was collected on the 8th Aug, I was told I would receive my money within 5 working days, and 4 weeks later I am still waiting. No one returns my emails or can explain why when I ring. Very poor service and breaking the law.

Received my Segway and with in one day the charging point broke! Tried and tried to returned Segway but employees weren't helpful at all

Ordered a hover board for my son as a Christmas present. When he unwrapped his gift it was faulty and wouldn't charge - he was gutted. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort the problem out, usually waiting ages for the phone to be picked up. After I sent the board back, I was told time after time a replacement would be sent out but it was just one lie after another and after nearly a month I told them not to bother and got a new board from another supplier and my son finally got his Christmas present. Took at least another month to get a refund though I never got the postage back on the returned item. Not that impressed to be honest.
