I placed an order for two hover boards 15 days ago and they still have not arrived (the 7-10 working days estimated delivery has come and gone). This is a cause for real concern as Christmas is fast approaching and it would be a shame to have two disappointed little boys on Christmas morning. I chose to order on this site because of the unbelievable reviews (obviously they were too good to be true) and the quality guarantees, as well as the fact that it is a UK company. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a single response. Extremely disappointed.

You can use the tracking number on UK Mail systems to also see this. Please advise if we can assist further as your review suggests we have not delivered on our service. I received notification I would receive my Swegway on Thursday. It never arrived. I contacted the courier and they said I would have to contact the sender as they never received the parcel from them. I called iswegway on Thursday and they said someone would deal with my problem in 24 hours. Heard nothing! Called again Friday - they said someone would respond straight away. Again, heard nothing. Called again last night - still heard nothing and no one there could give me any further information as to the expected delivery or where my product is. Very worried now!

i ordered 1 board on black friday told 7 to 10 days delivery 10 days up now i emailed to be told on or before the 12th still no tracking info so emailed again to now be told sorry for delay due to rush they will be in contact soon with delivery and if for xmas guarantee it but thats not acceptable to me they have already failed to deliver on the timescale they gave me so what makes them think i have any faith in this being delivered on time i read the review below and iswegway responded saying this person boards on there way now so were is my tacking information then this make no sense as my delivery already due they had 2 days to go to say i am not happy is an understatement

Have order two swegways on a seven to ten day delivery and I am still waiting tracking information on the seventh day with only two days left on delivery dead line. Each time I call I can not get to talk to anybody that can give me information

I ordered an ISwegway on 24 November and the money has gone out of my card. I have not received the goods and have tried numerous times to get information. I have been told that customer service will ring me, they have never returned my calls. I am seriously worried about this situation and have been advised to contact Trading Standards. What is the situation with my order, it is very concerning as the company have been behaving very strangely.

Don't go there - you want a swegway that works get a genuine one and not a fake imported rip off!! Letting my credit card company deal with these fraudsters.

I ordered for present paid £19.99 for 3 -5 day delivery 9 days later it's still not here. I was promised delivery today and given tracking number yesterday which shows the item not even sent. I was also fobbed off yesterday and told delivery times don't include day of order but even then it's still not delivered in the stated and charged for time. You cant speak to any body phoned twice yesterday was told would be treated as urgent someone would call back within 24 hrs nobody did called again today any told somebody would get back to me as the people how answer the phone cant actually tell me anything about my order I'm still waiting for that call and have VERY DISAPPOINTED SON NOT IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE

I would strongly advise against using this site. After waiting in all day on my original delivery date I called to be told it had been delayed as it was faulty with no explaination as to why no one let me know. I was given 2 more delivery dates which came and went without me receiving my order & each time I called to check no one could give me a definite answer as to what was going on. Also if what I've been told over the phone is to be believed they are advertising these boards as in stock which they can't be because every time I spoke to someone they told me they were waiting on a delivery. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever & no apology or compensation has been offered.

Poor service ,poor communication . All round negative experience. No item arrived waitied over 48 hours for a payed express delivery. Do not use as you will regret it. Have reported toTrading Standards , Police and Google. Have got bank involved to refund my money as no delivery details given or tracking number. Fake company stay away . Pay more somewhere else and get the respect you deserve as a customer spending £300 plus.

We are extremely sorry that you were unhappy with our service. A full refund was issued to you immediately upon cancellation. Furthermore, the courier service was unable to deliver the goods due to your cancellation 30 minutes prior to delivery. Once again, our sincere apologies.
