“I ordered 2 swegways which were not delivered in the timescale confirmed when ordered. After over a week I called to find out where they were and waited for a response for over 2 hours on the phone. I was then told that the swegways I had ordered could not be delivered and different colours would have to be sent. They were delivered the next day. My kids are happy with them despite them being the wrong colours so it worked out ok, but through default. I would think again before ordering from you.”
“Board came promptly, however wireless headphones that were supposed to come with the board never arrived. I rang many times to be told they would be dispatched the next day every time. Still waiting !!”

“I purchased on 12th December the board didn't arrive until the 23rd December. I paid for 48hour delivery. Customer service was non existent, despite constant attempts. I was offered discounts that the web site wouldn't provide. Frustrating is the summary of my experience here.”
