“From first to last in locating and supplying a beautiful replacement lampshade for the one I stupidly broke, Kathryn Beavis and Carl Mallory were brilliant! Got me out of jail with the wife! Many thanks”

“I bought a lot of lights from Italian Lighting when we built our house . Some chandeliers which were all beautiful and some more functional but modern and attractive lighting. The after sales service has also been excellent.”

“My wife and I are delighted with our chandelier from Italian Lighting! The service from Carl et al was very professional and courteous, the pricing was very good, and the chandelier is beautiful! We had requested a sample color to make sure we knew exactly what color we would receive --- the sample and the chandelier matched perfectly. The chandelier was made exactly to order. Only one minor comment. The installation instructions were only provided in Italian. This was not a problem, as our electrician had no problem with the installation. My opinion is that you will need a professional electrician for installation. We highly recommend Italian Lighting.”

“For years I sought a source for an ornate, Venetian style mirror on the internet. Suddenly I found Italian Lighting Centre a few months ago, with its extraordinary variety of beautiful, handcrafted lighting, mirrors and accessories. But ! had never directly done business off-shore. I did check out this company with the Brit version of the BBB and looked thoroughly at their websites. I really appreciated that Mr. Mallory phoned me personally, and that once I started my initial order (we've already ordered again), I received emailed updates. Everything about the timing, payment, accuracy, shipping and paperwork for customs (only a small payment was needed for the importation) was just as it should be - professionally handled. We are very glad to know the Mallorys and can thoroughly recommend their products and their bona fides.”

“Found the company to be very helpful on choosing the right fixtures and proper dimensions for our home. If any of the items were damaged on arrival they immediately to care of replacing them. They are now our number one GO TO site when we need any beautiful Italian lighting fixtures. My wife and i are 100% pleased and very satisfied with them.”

“The creation of my chandelier took 4 weeks from conception to delivery. Carl had wonderful insight, advised me on the perfect size and design elements; together we created a chandelier that has become the conversation piece of my home. My husband was very skeptical, I am thrilled with the product and never doubted it would be spectacular. My electrician as very impressed with the quality of the wiring and said you couldn't find the same quality in the U.S.”

“I ordered a beautiful Italian murano glass chandelier. I had lots of questions which the staff at Italian lighting were really helpful. The chandelier was just like in the picture only better. I would definitely order from them again!”

“I purchased a lead crystal light from this company. I have been caught out before buying online and its difficult to see the quality of the light. Before ordering I telephoned them to ask lots of questions about the light. I then purchased the light and was kept informed regularly of the progress of the order. I was very pleased with the quality and will be ordering another light from them shortly.”

“We ordered 3 Murano glass chandeliers from the Italian Lighting Center and could not be happier with the quality of the chandeliers and the price we paid. When our installer required help putting the chandeliers together and hanging them, we were sent a step-by-step video showing how to do both. Whenever we had any questions we were able to call and talk with the owner of the company. Emails were answered promptly. We needed the chandeliers in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday celebrations, which required a rush order. Everything arrived on time as stated. We required replacement parts because our installer incorrectly put together the light bulb fixture and cracked one of the glass pieces. Not only did we receive replacements within a week, but without a request we also received extra pieces just in case the installer made another mistake. Highly recommended if looking for quality Italian glass lighting fixtures at good prices along with superior support and service.”

“We recently bought online from Italian Lighting-centre the chandelier for our Brighton home, and that chandelier, that looks very nice on the photo, when we received it, appeared to be a real masterpiece ? work of the talented artist-designer and highly skilled craftsmen. Now we have a real crown in our living room. Planning to buy next 2 or 3 beautiful items soon. Excellent web, offering amazing, luxurious products and polite and effective service and customer support. Will highly recommend to anyone.”

“I received individualized attention the moment I reached out to the Italian Lighting-centre. We discussed measurements, expectations, Italian glass, shipping and installation. I absolutely love my chandelier. It arrived very well protected (lots of glass pieces) and the assembly was very easy. My electrician had no challenges. It is a stunning piece.”

“From the start of the inquiry to when the lights were installed by Carl, everything has been carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Nothing to much trouble even when we have asked them to look at non standard finish options. We have installed the lights at The Porter restaurant/bar/hotel in Bath - I would definitely recommend the Italian Lighting Center.”

“I ordered a chandelier from Karen and received top level attention and service. The chandelier arrived in fine shape and we were assisted in putting it together. Several pieces did not work with our set up and Karen resolved all issues promptly and most satisfactorily.”

“This company helped us find the lighting products we wanted, at the right price, from Italy and got them to us in a relatively remote spot in the Scottish Highlands. Their communications were timely and helped us understand just what was happening and when. Their friendly manner helped build trust and they did just what they said they would do. One can ask for little more in a purchasing transaction.”

“I was concerned about trusting a valued possession to a company I found online. But, short of taking a trip to Italy myself I had few options. So I put my faith in Carl and sent off two pieces of my chandelier and my credit card number off to Italian Lighting and crossed my fingers. Carl said that it could take 10 to 12 weeks to get my new pieces. No word after eight weeks and I was starting to worry. Then on week 10 a delivery came. My new chandelier pieces are a perfect match. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were fair, honest, responsive, and professional throughout.”
