“De Walt staple gun delivered in a ITS box with paper packaging. No instruction booklet no warranty card nothing. Not sure it’s good practice to supply a dangerous tool with no H&S advice.”
“Some offers are good, but in general they are way expensive. Yet they state the following, "As an Official Superstore for the top power tools & hand tools brands, you benefit from competitive prices" for example Dewalt 54v dust extractor is £310-£330 at most stores online, ITs is £400 this is a constant issue with this company on Dewalt products. They often split bundles to sell individual tools with no manual and a plain white box thats not even sealed. Today i was looking at the dust extractor orbital sander and various other items, They are £167 more than 3 other stores online, this is often the case so i rarely buy from them due to this. So again today they have lost more business. Customer services and sales are brilliant, however they cant match other companies. There price match is awful as it only matches the 2nd and 3rd highest price competitor which again is in a way falsely misleading.”
“Poor service, failed on delivery multiple times despite paying for next day, then when requested refund, had the cheek to trying and not refund the failed service and only products leading to more wasted time to chase for full refund, shocking service which needs addressing.”
“Decent stock to choose from and purchases are hassle free. Delivery ETAs bang on as well, which always helps!
Only thing I found lately is that tools prices for the BIG 3 seem to be higher than those of the main competitors in the UK (eg PowertoolWorld, HoweTools, etc), which also seem to have lower spending thresholds for free deliveries. I found myself not completing purchases solely for this reason multiple times unfortunately. Hope this helps the company to review these aspects at some stage. Still one of my go-to suppliers for tools and fixings alike though, decent guys overall!”

“Purchased a pair of Snickers work trousers from ITS. Having never had Snickers trousers before I ordered the wrong size ( order 2 sizes bigger than you need ). I contacted ITS customer services and the arranged the return of the wrong trousers and for a refund to be issued. After receiving my refund I ordered the right trousers and they were delivered the next working day”
“Great range of tools for the trades good prices, fast delivery, the 1 time I had to contact customers services about a damaged parcel it took a while to resolve it however they replaced the damaged and missing tools and haven't had any more problems since.”
