"Horrific service and attitude. STAY WELL AWAY from this company!!! After placing several orders over a period of months, i've raised numerous issues with items arriving damaged, some pre-ordered months\/weeks in advance of release. Massively poor packaging resulting in items being damaged in transit. I spoke to Matt (a manager), as well as Joe and Hannah, none of which really sounded like they cared via email and phone, Matt just giving excuses of processes being supposedly changed, but orders for several weeks still being sent out the same way. Some orders were replaced, only to have replacements arrive in the same condition. I've finally given up with them, and cancelled a further 2 pre-orders, and got refunds. I will never use this company again, and would recommend others not to."
