“i.purchasid a model online on the 22nd of December but when it arrived I soon realised that it was more involved than my skills so I was informed that I would be okay as there was a backlog of returns i.sent it back on the, 7th of February it was sent 48hr tracked I have been trying to get in touch with Jadlam models but every time I was told not to keep using the messaging , because I would get a answer for my inquiries but up until now i feel like it is.its me in the wrong and I been trying to find the receipt for the parcel the only thing that is get InTouch with the post office to try and get a digital copy of the receipt as I'm out of pocket by £149.99 I'm sorry for this has been long one final thing is when i checked the website i found that they were out of stock and that got me thinking about where's my one Yours faithfully MR D WATTS”

“I wish I had done more research before. Seems to be tons of fake reviews. Incredibly poor service. Impossible to get in touch on the phone, and emails go ignored. No update on orders, apart from the initial confirmation (not even Royal Mail tracking is given), and Express delivery is definitely not "express". AVOID.”

“I ordered a model , they did not take the reward points value from order. They have not responded to email and phoning is a waste of time. This company had a very good name but something has happened to turn their reputaion from a 5 star to a 1 star.”

“AVOID, DO NOT ORDER I ordered an item with a 2 day delivery time. After 10 days I emailed to chase them up as no phone number for them is visible. Still no reply to my query, they’ve taken my money and according to Royal Mail they haven’t even dispatched the item. I suggest they reply to my email and give me a full refund or I will escalate this further.”

“Appalling service. Item ordered on line. No order confirmation, no tracking data sent. Only had email from paypal saying i paid. 15 days later. No item received. Issue raised with paypal. "Proof of delivery" sent to paypal. Nothing sent to me. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammers at best. No one answers the phone.”

“They sent the wrong item, what they sent is about half the price of what I paid for. Tried to call within the phone lines opening hours but they didn't bother answering. After reading lots of bad reviews online I'm so glad I paid with PayPal so even if they ignore me I'm covered. Come on guys you can do better, if you don't have the item I'm stock just be honest, I'd respect that a lot.”

“Awful packaging led to damaged goods being delivered a huge shame as they could do a lot better seems they do not really focus one iota on client care - no company should be run so poorly. Will never use nor recommend to anyone a frustrating waste of everyone's time - including their own. Utterly perplexing and pointless service and lack of client focus.”

“Horrific service and attitude. STAY WELL AWAY from this company!!! After placing several orders over a period of months, i've raised numerous issues with items arriving damaged, some pre-ordered months/weeks in advance of release. Massively poor packaging resulting in items being damaged in transit. I spoke to Matt (a manager), as well as Joe and Hannah, none of which really sounded like they cared via email and phone, Matt just giving excuses of processes being supposedly changed, but orders for several weeks still being sent out the same way. Some orders were replaced, only to have replacements arrive in the same condition. I've finally given up with them, and cancelled a further 2 pre-orders, and got refunds. I will never use this company again, and would recommend others not to.”

“Not happy with attitude and service. Cancelled order and seller stonewalled by asking hackneyed questions (what did we do wrong?) then sent item against my wishes even though they replied to my cancellation request. The price match is a misnomer. When I sent request it was not only ignored but openly mocked. All this after I have made many purchases. Also the seller has several names - it is very weird to say the least”

“Terrible service. Bought OO station kit from them when it arrived it was bowed and one part was was not flat and was distorted. This kit had suffered heat damage of some sort. Just made excuses offering nothing I cant be bothered to mess around with people like that. Will never buy anything from them again.”

“Recently I ordered three models from this company for delivery to Australia, two were full price and one on special. When package arrived the special item was not present. I contacted Jadlam and they refunded the amount for the special item admitting item wasn't sent. No reimbursement for postage. They told me to reorder item if I wanted it, problem is that item is now almost double the price I previously paid for it and I would also have to pay another amount of money for postage. Very poor way to run a business, won't bother dealing with them again.”

“I would give this company a 0 but can’t , ordered some paint order not processed was told due to fraud my card details did not match , was asked to use PayPal, strange because that is how I did pay , have asked all day to have my account erased but no answer , poor company , poor customer relationship, will never use these again”

“I ordered an Item to come next day. The wrong item was sent, I have tried calling them, emailing them I have had no response they don't respond to calls or even how to return an item. Customer services is a Joke. They have taken my money and just don't care. Order from somewhere else. Complete waste of time. Next step is trading standards.”

“Customer service that's a laugh you dont know the meaning of the word, try ringing it's easier to speak to the Vatican and get the Pope he will speak to you albeit in Latin. Their after sales is none existent their deliveries are the pits for example l ordered a model from "Wonderland" in Edinburgh two days ago and lo and behold it's here, my outstanding order was ordered in Oct. a pre-order which l paid for there an then has it arrived ? you don't need my answer. 2019 will have to improve else l'am off.Hate writing negative reviews but could not contain myself.”

“Tried to order a piko train set on line. Put in my basket yesterday but tried to pay for it only to find its been removed and the price has gone up. Tried several times to contact the company but just left on hold constantly. Very disappointed. Have since ordered from another supplier”
